Allentown, Pennsylvania's "The Morning Call" newspaper had one of its writers visit Great Adventure in August, 1989 and report back to the paper on virtually all aspects of the park.  The result was a nice article covering two different pages of the August 6 newspaper, with virtually everything written about the park received in a positive lite.
