1995 witnessed the strong influence of Time-Warner's top management at the individual park level, when Scott Bernstein of Time-Warner was given the park President position at Great Adventure.  Ray Williams moved to an executive management position at Six Flags' corporate headquarters in Parsippany-Troy Hills Township, NJ.  Time-Warner had moved the corporate office from Texas to NJ to be closer to the parent company's headquarters.
