WIth a new CEO, they might not even do them like they have anymore. Have to wait and see, either way i doubt Reid Anderson will be doing them, unless they make him the "face" of the Company now in his reduced role.

The 90's Concert at the Park is now cancelled. That was about the best show they have had listed for the whole season, and they lost it. Want good act's in the Park, gotta' pay up. They would rather have reigious concert's for some "god" lol.

Good Point's, for Bizarro they would need the approval. But that same logic could be applied to the "TDK" Coaster, for the 3 Park's that have them now, that would solve all the issies i'm sure the other Park's are also having with the Themeing holding up. I think if they went with it on "Nitro", a re-theme may be something that comes along with it. Something that would fit one of the established sandbox "enviroment's" that they could sync up with "Nitro"s Layout. But how many Six Flag's Park's don't have a VR Coaster yet? If it's more than a few, they may make a new sandbox "enviroment" for the remaining Park's. But if they do it on "Nitro" hopefully a Paint Job comes along with it at least.

I just think VR to "Nitro" would take away more than it add's losing the natural setting it's in with the View's of the Lake. "Bizarro" would be my pick for our outdoor Coaster. I'm all for anything that keep's "Bizarro" in the spotlight, it's still one of our best Coaster's. And will always be the "1st Floorless", it deserve's some more attention.

Surprised not a single mention here of the Six Flags Q2 Confrenece Call that released alot of coming detail's. Missing things already......? Like they are doing what i posted month's ago of adding Holiday Theme's to the VR for Fright and HITP. Every Park in the Chain is getting VR, and plans are in the work's NOW for the remaining Park's that don't have VR to get it added very soon. I still just hope they only add it to "Skull Mountain" and "TDK" in GAdv. I posted last year "Pointsettia Peak" could really be something if the Coaster was on the "Peak" of a Snowy Mountain, and with TDK the possibilities are endless, with new Theme's for he upcoming DC slate of Movies. But i have a strong feeling were looking at "Bizarro" and hopefully "Skull Mountain". I do still think that adding VR to any outdoor Coaster would take away from the experience, losing the view's of the Woodland's our Coaster's give. Except for "Superman", i wouldn't mind losing the view of the Parking Lot, but adding hrs to that already slow moving line would be a nightmare. And they may not do the announcement's like they have been done lately, and we may even see a change of the "trends" that have been going on. We have a new CEO now, that may do thing's differently. I really don't think Reid Anderson will be doing the Video at all anymore, either the new CEO, or they will use a spokesperson. Doubt they will keep someone with a "lisp" doing the Annoiuncement's if he's not the CEO anymore. Seemed like an "ego" move from the start. But have to wait and see on that one, I think Reid Anderson's new position keep's him in the "Spotlight", see what they end up doing.

I know the site don't make anything, and is nothing but an expense. It is a lifelong dedication with you, and i have always respected you for that, and what you have accomplished with it. Wasn't sure how the Book Royalties go until now though. But either way, you guy's are Published Author's, that is a feat to be proud of. Long after you are gone, the Book's and Site will live on. I have that with all the Movies and TV Show's i've been in, "immortality". It is a nice feeling. And it's just really funny though that a deleted Post here posting someone's Home address got me made an Adiministrator at couple other Page's this morning, i am not alone at all with my feeling's. And with how bigger those audience's are, it's has more impact posted to them anyway.

Knew that was going to happen, why i cut it to plaster it on other sites also. Har, your a good guy and your site is awesome. And i do totally understand why you do what you do, and how you do it. You have an awesome relationship with the Park, and have made sort of a second "living" out of it, being a published author, etc. That is something to be proud of, and you do have something at "stake" if you were to mess it up. But the rest of them........not even going into it anymore. I'm just done.

Uh, cause' this Summer i went to SF Great America for a day when out there visiting Friend's. I didn't say it in this post because it was just another Six Flags Park, and i really don't feel the need to explain myself to anyone. I'm the kind of person that is usually happy when people don't like me, i don't have to pretend to like them then. I have my "core" gang, all i need, don't have room or time for any more people. But i shut down Updates now anyway, tired of the Park suck-up, "man-children" that most of still live with "Mommy" coming in with stupid comment's all day, inboxes from People asking for thing's like old Park Maps, and just the general "Park People" stupidity. I pretty much hate the audience. And it's funny though, Neil pretty much has the same opinion i do anymore over at Roundtable, does Post's saying the same stuff i do, (he called out HH today in profanity laced post for closing the Gates on what is now 4 days in a row for hitting capacity, great job with Carribean Cove HH!!!) but he made his page Private so he don't let in all the moron's. So now when i get good info like i always do, (and say what you want, but i am right with ALOT of stuff most of the time) i'll just only give it to Private Group's anymore, and if i want it out there, i'll give it to Lance at Screamscape. And me and him recently shot e-mail's back and forth a few times talking about the stuff he gets like this from Park Fanboys (mostly from Cedar Point "kiss-asses" on his end) and an e-mail he got from a Park saying "they were dissapointed" that he spoiled something. His view is the same as mine really "oh, well, deal with it" but he had the smart's to turn it into a pretty decent living "spoiling" Park's plans. I hope i get some good news one day way early about a "Record Breaker", then post it month's early so another Park see's it, and then build's the same thing, just a little bigger, or steeper, or whatever.so the initial record mean's nothing. That's a "dream" scenario to me.

The fact that i haven't been to another Park other than GAdv for about 30yrs, and finally went to one (Hershey) and saw how it is at other places. Now it makes me want to go to check out a Cedar Fair Park sometime. And i loved HITP, brought back that old feeling of how the Park used to be.

It all just comes down to one's personal preferance really. I mean there is nothing wrong at all for anyone buying Passes, it is the best deal going for Entertainment Value for the Money spent. I just think now they are taking it little too far, and losing site of what the Park once was. It really was a Magical Place one time, now it's just a big advertisement for the Sponsorship Dollars coming in. I do think HITP brought alot of that "Magical Place" vibe back last year. And i did plan on getting Passes right after the regular Season ends, when 2017 go on sale. That way get FF, and HITP, and all of next Season. But now that it seem's a "JL" is coming, i'm not. My Kids don't want anything to do with a "JL", they like Coaster's. They are 15, and 11, and say that a "Justice League" is for little kids. That is the opinion of what a "JL" is to all my Kids friend's that are the same age. Usually they always hang at my place with them all, so i have heard them all say that when i told them that's what it seem's is coming next year. When you have kids that grew up on Ka, Nitro, Toro, Bizarro, and Green Lantern, adding a gimmick Coaster like "The Joker" or a Dark Ride ain't cutting it to them. So now they love Skyrush, and Fareinheight as their faves.

Oh, i know. It's nothing but straight up geography. When your right in the middle of two major City's, that's what you will always get unless you "price them out". I personally remember the days when a Day Ticket was $13.00, and a Pass was only $39.99. But the World was different back then also, what a scumbag was back then, is nothing compared to what a scumbag is today. That's why all other the other Chain's have higher prices, but they also don't have Advertisement's plastered on everything. That's how Six Flag's makes up the difference of the low admission's, but all that does is totally destroy what a Theme Park is suppesed to be, an "escape from the real World". How you can escape anything when the Park is nothing but a huge Billboard? If i wanted to see ad's all day, i can sit home and watch Network TV. I would gladly pay an extra $20-$30 on a Pass, if they removed all the ad "wrap"s", and Banner's on the Fort. If your in "Frontier Adventures" seeing an advertisement is the last thing we should be looking at in an Old West Frontier Town. But they would rather go this route, because most of the Guest's you get with the low admission's are not that bright, and they easily get suckered into the "Money Trap" the Park is if your not properly prepared. I've never rented a Locker in my life, and never bought a Flashpass but once when they were brand new just to try it.

A Video of the old "Laser Show" at Showcase Theater would be awesome. The tech for the Laser's was still in it's infancy, but for the time it was pretty "cutting edge". It had a really good soundtrack featuring some of the old "Park" Songs that are still used today. The end sequence for the Laser Show was the "Trench Run" from Star Wars a New Hope, and if i remember correctly that sequence was set to the song "Tom Sawyer" from Rush. It basically looked like the original "sit down" Star Wars Arcade Game with the Green Laser's. And i remember that an earlier sequence in the Laser Show was set to "Come Sail Away" from Styx. That song is still used by the Park alot. Last season after the initial announcement's for the final Show's at The "Great Lake Grandstand", it was the first Song played while Guest's filled the Seat's. I know this would be a hard one to find as Camera's were pretty damm big back then. I think the only thing you guy's have here dealing with the Laser Show is a shot of the Sign. And as 29yrs said a "Supersidewinder" vid would be awesome, i'd love to see all those Gear's move again.

I live 25min away from GAdv, and the ride in is even all really nice back Country Road's (except North Hanover, those Cops don't have anything better to do than pull Park Guest's over for any excuse they can come up with on 537) Dorney is just "Dorney", the ugly step-child of Cedar Fair. I have taken the Hershey run twice this year already, way better Park operation's, better Guest demograph that keep's the Park cleaner, Guest's don't steal anything they can get their Hand's on, and they add original Ride's. And i never saw "full-auto's" standing at the Front Gate either. It's worth the trip, and worth the Money for those reason's alone. I want Great Adv to raise Pass Prices so they "price out" all the scumbags that make up the majority of the Guest's nowadays, then re-invest that Price increase into the Park.

I know, it's not like it's some big surprise that when it gets hot out they hit capacity when it's been going on for year's. Now it's just getting to the point it happens a couple times a Week. This guy is some Dorney fanboy that buy's a Pass for that place every year no matter what, and that says alot right there. What was the last decent thing they added "Stinger"? A re-located Boomerang lol. And that is exactly what the main problem is. Maybe if all these clown's didn't buy a GA Pass the year's they add crap, or "clones", and they saw a drop-off in pass sales, maybe they wouldn't add crappy clones anymore. But no, they all go and buy them, and that tells the Park they don't have to add quality attraction's when they can add a Super-Loop and still see an increase in Pass Sales. I'm picky who gets my Money, that is the only real power any of us have. Add crap, and ya' ain't getting my Money. And when i spend, it's in "three"s" so they ain't just losing my Money, they are losing a Family's spending. I buy 3 of everything when i'm in the Park.

It happens once a Week, or bi-weekly for the last few Season's. Oh, and here's The "Stroking his Ace" guy.

Another day that Hurricane Harbor had to close the Gates due to hitting Capacity. Feel sorry for all the Family's driving for hrs to get there, to only have it closed. Someone really need's to go "Clark Griswold" on that place one of these days, maybe then they will spend the money they need to and add a 2nd Wave Pool, or a "Not So Lazy" Lazy River, or a whole new section. Spend some Money already, or would you rather keep losing it turning Guest's away to never have them return again?

If it's true, it does mean something. "Bizarro" is a prime canidate to get the VR Treatment, and the Train's were already once rigged up to have a Power Source on them for the Audio. Would be an easy conversion.But i'm not sure if the VR even need's a Power Supply on them though since they just use Phones in a Headset.

That's why i do it all, i know people like the news i get sometimes. I just have a big problem with any kind of "censorship" on anything. But it's really no biggie, none of this is "big picture" wise. But i think the biggest news to come down this week was the Poster "Hollyferry" saying that she saw the 'Suit's" looking over area's in HH, and it was glossed over by everyone here. Last year around the same time i posted seeing the "suit's" from Texas looking over where "Carribean Cove" now sits. Put that together with the fact that less than a week after opening "Carribean Cove" they had to close due to capacity still, my money is on next year we get another HH expansion. And it really need's it. But on "El Toro" being re-tracked, if they did go that route (and they will eventually) "El Toro" is already 100% ready to be "I-Boxed", it was built to the exact specs of RMC's I-Box Track. And when you ride front row on it, it's easy to see that it is. Personally, i think i would rather have it use "Topper Track", that would be just as easy to convert, and it would still keep it a "true" Woodie. I think I-Box Track should be a seperate new category for Wood Coaster's, and Topper Track Coaster's should be considered a "true" Woodie. Everything else is a Hybrid to me. But with Toro's layout i could see them easily adding an "in-line" Twist where the little "Bunny Hill" is after the "turnaround" before the Hill that lead's into the Twister section. An "in-line" twisting to the left, that will flow right into the left turn that lead's into that last ait-time hill would be awesome. And they already have all the structure in place to do it with minimal changes needed, that whole "bunny hill" section is is full of Head Chopper's.

I know they are, everyone else knows they are, but some choose to ignore those FACTS. Still no answer if i made all that up? Can't point out all the bad when you want that Media Day invite every year now can ya'? No, they would rather try to "dis-credit" by eluding to being banned, that's the answer we got. That's what the problem is when something called a "Fansite" is being run or moderated by Park Employee's, or those really close to the Park. You get the same "watered down" crap you get from Six Flags. Makes for ZERO credibility, and it says they only like speculation if it's wrong. Like last year when i had a post deleted when i said what i was told by someone in Mangement about the Park wanting to do a Permanent Museum with old Ride Vehicles hanging from the ceiling, and as soon as Fitzgerald figures out a way to make money off it, they are doing it. Or when alot posted the New Ride Vid before Midnight, and they were all deleted. And when other's have contributed as much as i have to the site, when they have personal pics up in the Ride Spotlight's, "break" some sort of news, maybe then they can say if someone else should post or not that does have all that. Seem's they just take up space contributing nothing but stupid, wrong, opinion's. Ever share a Park pic for the Members here? But back to 2017, the best move they could do is move "Twister" to Movietown, and put that new Building with the Facade sitting right where "Twister" does now.

Not banned at all, never was, never will be. They would have to actually witness someone doing something to ban them. And no one answered my question of "Is any of what i said made up, or not true?" So we don't have Trooper's with full Auto's at the Gate? Cups don't get stolen every day? Cars don't get broken into almost every day? A simple google search answers those question's, why can't anyone here? And i said that in the current Survey from yesterday, that "Justice League : Battle For Gotham City" was a name option to pick from. And eveything in Movietown is Batman Themed The only thing that is only DC Themed is the GIft Shop, that would be pretty much identical to what they want to add.

How is saying exactly what the Park is now "hating"? Am i making any of that up i said? Is it not true? On all the Hershey Fan-Site's you don't read all the time "my Cup was stolen" do you? Do you read in Local Pennsy Paper's on how Cars are being broken into every year? Does Hershey have Trooper's with Fully-Automatic Weapon's standing at the Security Gates on busy days? And it's not like all of a sudden i'm some Hershey "kiss-ass" like most GAdv People are, i mean either way they are just Theme Park's, the whole thing could burn down tomorrow and every Employee be burned with it and it's not making a diff in my Life. I just love getting people worked up over something as stupid as this stuff, i think it's histerical. I just play "roles" to get info out of people that are stupid enough to fall for it, and it usually work's. Why do you think i complained to the Board? for a reply with info, and it worked. But I guess more need to "step back" a bit, maybe then they will see it like alot do now. I mean how many Long time Poster's are left here even? All the names i see are different than the ones who were here year's ago, even the Long time Poster Dainan (good Guy, not knocking him in any way) seem's to have moved on. But that's what happen's, once you see what else is out there, there really is no comparison. And as far as being "banned" from the park, even if anyone was banned, not like it would stop someone if they really wanted to go in the Park. I know of people that were banned for life in the 80's and 90's that get passes every year still. When you buy a pass do they ask for ID? Does a Pass require a SS #? Do they have pictures of all the banned People at every Entry Gate? They answer to all of them is "No". So then i guess anyone could go online, or in the Park, make a Pass in any name they choose, grow a Beard (or shave) and be in. Just like they do now.

Yeah, but your also forgetting that Hershey has "priced-out" all the low life scumbags that go to Great Adventure and steal whatever they can, whenever they can, that has become the majority of who the current Pass Holding "Members" are. But what do you expect when you make a Payment Plan for something that only cost's $100. You get what Great Adventure has become, an "Inner City" Theme Park. And anyway you slice it, one Family not giving Great Adventure Money hurt's them, not me. I have the extra Money to spend being a Widower, and working Full-Time. I just spend my SS Survivior Bene's for anything in any park, that 's all "free" Money to me anyway. Taxpayer Funded disposeable income that someone else will get now. So i guess thank's anyone that pays Social SecurityTaxes, and thank's for funding all our Hershey trip's!!! And yeah, i have no desire to ride along a Track stopping in front of 3-D TV Sceen's to watch mediocre graphics. If i wanted to do that, i would of saw B V S in the Theater's, or get someone to push me in a Shopping Cart down my Hallway and stop my in front of my 3-D to play a Wii Shooting Game.

I know i bashed the idea of the location in the survey, and gave good legit reason's as to why. And gave the idea up to that if they can't/won't use the Sim Building, to move "Twister" to "Movietown/Old Country" where it would fit better anyway, and use "Twister's" pad and the open area behind it for the new "JL" Building. But i also gave the idea to use "Justice League : Battle for Gotham City" (was an option) if they are stuck with it in Movietown.
