If the ride doesn't go across the front gate area, these are the other two configurations I can see.

If the queue and station is behind Cyborg,  the ride will be able to go over the existing path without blocking it.

If the queue and station is next to Justice League, the coaster will block the existing path and a new path will need to be constructed.

Does this Vekoma has an area where it could cross over a path? Judging by looking it a photo of the ride it’s rather close to the ground except for a small area.

  2. Seeing a few videos mapping out what might be next years new coaster the Vekoma Super Boomerang. Showing it will be behind Cyborg and run into the catering area. This does explain all the marking by Cyborg and in the catering area. But what about the marking across the path from Cyborg next to Justice League in the maze area? None of the videos show the coaster using that area.  Makes me think the park is getting something bigger then the “off the shelf” boomerang. Time will tell though.

From the call regarding increase in upcoming capex:

"The lift in '24 was somewhat related to... we have a 50th anniversary coming up at our park in New Jersey and we had an opportunity to add a nice ride kind of late in the game and that's a little bit rare because it takes generally a while to design and build a coaster so we had a fortunate opportunity and we decided to take it.  So that's the lift versus what we had expected to spend in the short run."

Great Escapes Alpine Bobsled is coming back to the park for it 50th Anniversary!

  4. Really not getting my hopes up for 2024. Yes, log flume and big wheel rehabs will be nice but I don’t think we will get something BIG. I could be wrong but Those survey markings I believe are for under ground utilities and how far way they are from it. Yes, something is in the works in that area but I really don’t think it’s something big. I really hope I’m wrong though…

  5. I went to HH this past Saturday. The crowds were insane. The lines for the rides were way to long. The lazy river had so many people in it I’d be surprised if there was any current. The added chairs that came with this new pool area just gives people a place to lay a towel down for the day to go wait in lines. This water park needs more slides. High capacity slides. Not really sure how it works with park capacity but if this new pool upped the park capacity I see that as a bad thing. They allowed more people in with no where to go and just made the lines longer.

  6. This park needs to add something big. SFs can’t expect rides like El Diablo, Cyborg and a giant discovery to draw the crowds in. The few times I’ve been to the park this year it’s been dead. Just walking on rides. I’d really like to see attendance numbers for the year El Diablo was the new attraction vs the year El Toro was. Or even the year Joker was. I’m pretty sure these flat rides don’t help attendance numbers. So, what would I like to see for 2019? Nothing... Bank what ever money they were going to put into a new flat ride and put it towards an insane coaster for next year.
