Yoshi
I liked the canopy because I thought it looked cool to have the rides under it. The tree was a cool addition too.
Maddox121
Now Bugs doesn't even HAVE a land, please make Kidsopolis Bugs Bunny Boomtown.
29yrswithaGApass
It’s obvious that GA found a new superstructure vendor in the 80s. They provided the new Bugs Bunny Land arch, the canopy cover, and were even suppose to provide the new arch in the planned but never built entrance plaza. The Master
That arch would have been cool for the main entrance. Remember the park built that arch over the center fountain for a few years? I remember that the Bugs Bunny Threater also had a cover that was had similar space frame style construction to the main canopy and entrance arch. GAcoaster
Yeah, looks like they got a bulk deal on those giant tinker toy structures for BBL. They were cool, and surprisingly didn't pop up in other parks, just GA.
The Master
Magic Mountain also has a space frame structure for their main entrance. Through, its not a rounded arch, more like a pyramid. More info about space frames. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space_frame Edited March 26, 2020 by The Master
