GAcoaster
Our wish for Day 9-- Open the (promised for 2022) Junior Thrillseekers Area with New and Refurbished Attractions This was an addition promised for several years now and it's time! The disjointed and weird remnants of Looney Tunes Seaport and Wiggles World just need to be fixed. Get rid of the bridge.
GAcoaster
I get the management and their priorities have changed, but they need to finally do something about those kids areas...
29yrswithaGApass
Great Adventure use to be the king of children’s rides. In 2007, they had 4 distinct park sections, 23 kiddie rides, 4 climbing features, and 3 water play areas including Koala Canyon. Today they have 2 areas, 13 rides, 0 climbing features, and 1 water tower attraction. They now have less than half of what they once offered. Jr Thrillseekers was suppose to be the new bounce back offering new and enhanced things for kids. Instead they removed the kids theater (half way) and gave guests a fenced off dirt pit with nothing new. Not exactly a “premium experience.”
GAcoaster
I still can't understand why the bridge is still there! The flume has been gone for 16 years now-- there is zero reason for it still to be there.
29yrswithaGApass
I don’t really mind the bridge. I mean it’s not like they have to take it out because they’re putting new stuff in.

I guess the question is whether the bridge serves the purpose of a bridge, or is it just there because they don't want to remove it because of the cost of doing so? Wiggles World and Looney Tunes Seaport were each larger than kiddie lands in most other parks. And you can say WW was just a redressed portion of LTSP. However the area included new rides, a new theater, a new play area, and more. It was a big expansion using land when the Hydroflume was removed. It is no longer a bridge in the sense that it crosses over water. However it is an elevated walkway that provides a shortcut through the area instead of having to travel a much greater distance.
GAcoaster
If they're going to keep it maybe give it a purpose and reinstall the train ride s it runs underneath it.
Yoshi
Some of the removed kids rides over the years like Barnstormer and Daffy Diver were good for kids over 54" that still wanted tamer rides but too tall for the 54" maximum height requirements. With some of those type of rides in BBNP like Wile E. Coyote Canyon Blaster and Daffy Duck Hot Air Balloons not open during the HITP, it seems like there are very few kids rides open at all this time year.
