  1. I must admit, I really dislike the front page now. The colors, the cluttered links, it is overwhelming. I find it hard to navigate to the different articles and spotlights. In my honest opinion, the previous homepage was simple and easier on the eyes and to use. Now the homepage has well over 40 links to click on, whereas the old one had a little over 20.
  2. Another informative and excellent spotlight! This website is a paradise for people interested in the history of GA!
  3. What does it look like inside Chiller's old station now? Do they use it for anything?
  4. Autobahn? or the park entrance?
  5. I wouldn't mind seeing the park demolish Rolling Thunder for a better ride of the same size. I, for one, have never went on RT but I would'nt waste my time on it because I can get a better thrill on its neighboring rides El Toro and Kingda Ka. I don't know who even bothers riding RT, it is so tame compared to the coasters that are the parks main draw (Kingda Ka, Nitro, El Toro, Bizarro) When it comes to the roller coasters, I say, out with the old, in with the new.
  6. I dislike the 1970's logo because it is so strange and complex. I mean, a tiger on a hot air ballon? I like the 1990's best. It is simple and stands for what it symbolizes: a Six Flags amusement park. Great Adventure.
  7. Finally! A Spotlight on my favorite coaster!! Thank you GAH! Another interesting and thorough Spotlight!
  8. Sorry to bump an old thread, but the photos on the Hydro Flume's spotlight are all dead links.
  9. Definitely do more features on things from the 90's. There has been more than enough spotlights on elements from the 70's, you guys should focus on the 90's rides and events as well as the 00's! The park was Great Adventure, but now it is Six Flags Great Adventure! Spotlights on the parks signature rides (ex, El Toro, Nitro and Kingda Ka) may bring more traffic to the site and generate popularity among people interested in the history of Six Flags Great Adventure.
  10. Interesting! I would have never noticed that! Thank you!
  11. Why does some of the rides have a sign near the entrance that has to do with New Jersey law? An example of the signs im talking about can be seen in the lower left corner of the photo below.
  12. I love reading your trip reports. So detailed and well written! :)
