For anyone wondering, Kingda Ka reopened about an hour before closing last night. Joker was closed for "maintenance" as I was told.
Also, the log flume was shut down around 7:30 due to one log flume being dislodged and stuck underneath another log. This was right at the end of the turntable when the logs are released into the trough... Not sure how it happened but they looked stuck pretty good.

I would guess that an El Toro refurb would be more like the Incredible Hulk retracking, considering El Toro's track is all prefrabicated and like lego pieces. Retracking it SEEMS like it would be easy.

I remember visiting Hershey and SDL was my first upside down rollercoaster and was the ride that made me obsessed with rollercoasters. Love this park and nice to see a TR from it.

If you decide to post this somewhere, do not say that a landscaper told you, because I don't want anyone to get fired.
Although that would be cool, whoever you asked told you not to post this anywhere.. Just saying.

Not my video, but it gives a good view of Justice League at SFGam. https://youtu.be/1v9pPbBxNxg?t=48s
It is a nice looking building and should fit the area well. Add a flat package in 2018 and this area of the park will be in good shape.
I'm glad you linked this because this proves how nice this "Giant Box" will look. Whatever is added next year, I'm sure it will spruce up a section of the park just like the past few additions have. If it is a Justice League (or any other dark ride because I would love to see any DC Comics themed dark ride I.E. Suicide Squad) ride in the Simulator building, the Boardwalk will be spruced up. If it is a Justice League in Old Country/Movie Town, that will be a MUCH needed boost to that area. I don't see much to complain about as everyone seems to be making a fuss out of nothing.

"JL's" are decent rides, and is a good fit for us, but no way in hell where they are putting it. It is a flat out a stupid move that just show's "greed", and that they don't really care about their Guest's, only the Money they have on them. Instead of putting a new attraction in to "lure" Guest's into a Games section, they would rather inconvienience their Guest's by forcing them into the Games Section by closing all the other Path's to navigate to the "Tallest Coaster On Earth", knowing it is still the Park's biggest draw.
Oh, and by the way, it look's like me posting that it is indeed a "JL" for 2017 on FB, this morning Kristen "liked" Insider Updates. I will do post pointing out my feeling's on a "JL", and anyone else that feel's the same way, chime in on the comment's. Let them know how we feel.
I'm not sure how this is greed.. If they put the Justice League ride in the abandoned simulator building, that shows greed by making the guest walk through the boardwalk. Instead, EVEN IF they are building a new building, it probably costs more money for the new building and refurbish the entire area..

I was at the waterpark the same day. Not sure if you noticed, but you can now ride in a double tube on King Cobra as I did with my friend. I'm not sure if they added more supports to the ride but it was sure a lot more fun with someone else rather than by yourself.

It was closed when I went to the park on Wednesday as well...

Bloodshed was for sure the best trail in the park and very popular with the public on my visits during Fright Fest.
I'm not sure what Bloodshed maze you went through, but the trail, while often accumulating a line, was sub-par compared to many of the other mazes. Long stretches of walking through nothing ruined the experience.

To be fair, no regular guest even realizes there are other Six Flags parks, let alone the same types of rides with different names or different rides with the same names.

I have two questions about this... It says there will be 20 passengers per train but I swear that long train fits way more people. Also, I wonder if they will stop the 2 lap cycle considering the ride may be more busy.

Although that is pretty interesting, can we talk about how amazing this game looks compared to the RCTW alpha?

Leave it. Anyway, I am hoping for for a statue that is similar to the El Diablo statue. It is very impressive for such a fun thrill ride/lame coaster
If we received a Harley Quinn statue as equally as impressive, I'd be ecstatic.
-
If they were all in one or two areas i.e. Movietown and the Boardwalk, I would not mind. But now they are truly all over the park.
-
I'm interested to see if any new themeing is added to Harley Quinn as Blackbeard's had very minimal theming, albeit very nice landscaping.

^I have to agree. Although I do enjoy the red more than the white, i feel as though a more rustic look would fit the style of the log flume immensely.

I know the Autobahn building is now used for storage, but I can only wonder if it would be cost effective to refurbish the building or tear it down and build something new.
-
Off topic from what you guys are talking about, but considering Six Flags started adding Tilt-a-Whirls to their parks again, it'd be wishful thinking to get one at our park.

^Batman even seems to run faster in the cold.

Planet Coaster looks to be my favorite. The updates they post on Facebook look far superior to the updates posted by RCTW in terms of graphics and gameplay. I already own Parkitect and am an avid fan of it even though it is still in the Pre-Alpha stage.

Today was probably one of the most perfect days to visit Holiday in the Park. Almost no one in the park, the only waits were for the next train to return. Being the only people on the Dark Knight and Skull Mountain also came with an added bonus: we got the operators to run both rides with the lights on! Probably the highlight of the day and a great way to finish the season.
-
Especially after the void left by Rolling Thunder, this is very much needed.
-
I believe the music has worked all season. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

HITP won't be fun with half the park closed
Half a park is better than no park.
