Not that I want to harp on this but but they keep saying "lift truck" like a fork lift? and the forks hit him? I cant imagine any other scenario. If he was just hit hit by a truck and I cant see how a truck could be traveling that fast in the park as to cause a death

Theming props and the on-ride cameras on Batman the Ride and The Dark Knight Coaster.
I really miss all the props from the Batman ride and miss the black paint

Surprised nothing has been posted about this. Screamscape stated a work was killed over the weekend while stringing lights. Was hit by a "lift truck" air lifted to a local hospital and later passed away

That coaster at SFFT ic no where close to being capable of handling our crowds
-
Yeah and was 13 in 2006! lol

Too bad hoodies weather last all of just about week these days lmao

So my question with these polls is for example. Since El Toro won best wooden coaster this year and no new WOOD coaster are to be built lets say for the next two years, should El Toro win it the next two years? I bring this up because when I was at Cedar Point I saw Millennium Forces awards list and it seemed funny to me. Going to use a few years as examples: won 1st in 2005 and dropped to 2ns in 2006-2009 and then back to 1st in 2010. How can a coaster that was knocked out of the top spot by a newer ride reclaim the top spot if the ride that beat it is still around? Id think once a new coaster is built and takes top honors theres no way for the loosing coaster to reclaim it. Follow me?

Line is short because no one wants to ride it lmao

Since I come from Long Island, I would find it hard to leave that late in the day to get there, if you don't get off the island by morning time traffic is brutal. So leaving here to get there for that time is just asking for a 3 hour ride to go 80 miles lol

dang dude, sorry to hear all that. Family takes first spot for sure. Thoughts and prayers to ever one

I am very surprised because at Hershey Park and Knoebel's, They are so relaxed with loose articles. On the phoenix, people check their Instagram and I've seen people sit front seat on Storm Runner with a park map to make a great picture.
and you never hear of people getting hit with objects falling off rides at those parks.... Makes you think.
BUT I too was surprised at hoe lax Hershey is as far as cell phones and such on rides. people have cell phones out the entire ride

I mean I don't put my keys or phone in a locker so you are right, it doesn't stop much

I hate to say it but unless a new coaster comes to the park I do not see my self going out of my way to get back to the park and I am saying this as a current season pass holder. I used my 2017 in the later half of 2016 more time that I used in in 2017.

technically, the new loose article rule on KK should fix that issue
-
unless six flags is getting a gaint break, I am not sure why they would want to hold on to land they cant use
-
It was deff hot this year, that's for sure
-
I still think it was a dumb move to mount it to KK and it wound up biting them in the butt with what they had to do to get it running. Id love to know that after all they spent to get it to the point its at now, if they where better off just building an entire new drop tower ride, meaning tower and everything vs mounting it to KK

Its in the parking lot....
ba dum chhhh

am I the only one who is tired of all the superhero/villain themed rides? They sjould just rename the park "SF Marvel Land"

I didn't think the rain was all that bad this year, I thought last year was worse
