One of comments on this video saying RMC told them JDC will be done by end of July. is that true? JDC coaster would be done before Memorial Day weekend.
New Jersey has strict ride safety rules, so that can throw a wrench into things (Ka and Zu were intended to crest/drop at the same time, but the state said no)

H Partners is growing their position in Six Flags. 2 million shares picked up over the past week in a series of trades. They now own 7.5 million shares or 8.9% of the common stock.
"Is this corporate raiding?"

I'm expecting Safari Kids will transform into Bugs Bunny Boomtown, and add DC Super Friends kids area near by Justice League and Cyborg next year. Also where is DC Universe portal entrance?
I actually want a new between Kingda and Zumanjaro to fit the jungle theme or a Barrio (Neighborhood) expansion to Plaza Del Carnival with a cut through past the Twister Section of El Toro. It's not like that area is very useful except for Cell Block 6 or an Endeavor in El Diablo's place. I do see the chance of a new kiddie coaster at this point, but families can settle for Vapor Trail, Harleyquinn, and Slime Streak right? ok maybe not the last one.

Looks like Taz got renamed, but unchanged

I hadn’t seen a plan about this. Do you just mean they’ve removed some like SFNE’s?
Justice League at Magic Mountain replaced their Batman Arena. I think America's is still intact right now, as is ours, Kentucky Kingdom's (used for their bird show), not sure about the others
-
They are removing the Batman arenas so a new stunt show is unlikely. A renovation to the Showcase would be awesome, along with a new show. I'd keep the arena just for concerts, you have two stages for Children's shows, you have the Golden Kingdom animal encounter bit, but a new stage in Plaza Del Carnival would be awesome-even if it just served as an anchor for a family friendly Day of the Dead event.

I don't see Six Flags snagging any of those kiddie parks up. I could see Hersehy buying Dutch Back and Sesame Place is owned by SeaWorld and is land locked-the only thing they can do is build a new coaster in the ravine on the "old" side, build a parking structure across the street, and if they were dire for the land where preferred parking and HR is-they could move the offices into the mall which would generate revenue for the mall and double the footprint the park can use (plus the last of the Handicap lot and a sliver that touches Buckstown road that could fit a water coaster if they really wanted it-the upcoming San Diego Park has thrilling slides, but we are good in that department. I'd say different when it comes to the Monterrey Park)

I think now more than ever they should change Bizarro back to Medusa. It would be nice to have her and the Jersey Devil at opposite ends of the park especially for Fright Fest.
I was thinking Chupacabra, would fit the Wild West and be a more [North] American mythical creature.

1. Six Flags Fun, buy them a dome.
2. I could see this as a cost cutting measure as I've heard Six Flags New England's, despite being busy, hasn't been performing to expectations
-
Guess that $10 might be worth it for the 2 laps now
-
Well that was unexpected

If next year is new kids area revamp, could kiddie train ride will be return for Bugs Bunny Boomtown?
That area is very tight. I can only see a new kids coaster there...but very unlikely.
I see the "Old Country" entrance (DC Super Friends) and Plaza Del Carnival as new kids area plots (something New)...maybe National Park is renamed Boomtown, but I don't see Safari Kids getting touched any further

This makes it sound like they want to bring in some new executives and possibly cut Project 750.
Project 750?

That new entrance arch screams outdated 1970's futurism, it looks less modern, not more so.
I think it's a vestige of their plans from a possible overhaul if the Tomorrowland movie worked.

I heard to request the pilot since that I supposedly the best of the 3 options, if that is allowed or maybe it depends on the cast member working at the time.
I hope whenever I go to Disney World again that Rise of the Resistance will be using a regular line without the boarding groups.
It sounds horrible to have to wake up in the middle of the night to get to the park before 7 a.m. to have a chance at a boarding time with them lasting a few minutes some days. You then have to hope your the app doesn't crash or freeze up as soon as the boarding times open up or you are in trouble. Now the window to return to the ride is going to be an hour and it could conflict with a FP+ reservation. It would be frustrating to have to choose using your boarding time from say 2 - 3 p.m. and then lose your FP+ for a popular ride you booked 60 days ago if it was for the same or close to the 1 hour window and not be able to ride without waiting in standby.
I feel the existence of a standby and a fast pass ruins the immersion of rise. The boarding pass makes it feel special, which is how it should be (or some form of virtual queue that somehow fits the plot). I'm entitled to that opinion.

So I' guessing Membership previews Memorial Day weekend at the absolute earliest...maybe all passholders but that's going out on a very precarious limb

I was just thinking how this coaster would change the park's skyline. There's an old photo I've seen from 2006 that still show's Chiller, Rolling Thunder, and GASM on the park's Wikipedia page out there and how would that photo would look in 2020. Like I doubt one could see Joker, but what about Jersey Devil?

The park is open everyday, and is mostly dead during that time so they can get a lot done with few crowds
-
Did they even break ground? If they hadn't, then I doubt the rides had been ordered yet
-
It sounded like the new ride was going to be closer to Fandago and Stratosfear. 1001 Nacts (now was) over by the Water Park, Skloosh, and Impulse.
-
Due to LEGO having kids clubs on MSC ships, they have Lego sets for the ships

Went to the park for an unexpected visit (thus I'm not going to do a full report). I rode Houdini for the first time. It feels weird that people are just put in a cattle pen and the transfer of people from there, to the pe-show, to the ride feels inefficient. I feel it's a ride that could just go and go with little maintenance. By the same token, it might not even last 5 and (along with the old simulator building), be bulldozed for something else-maybe not a coaster because there is an important backstage area there. I'l drop some ideas in the 2021 and Beyond Topic.

Great Escape: *has a hotel*
Also Great Escape: *Can't get awesome rides because it's a tourist trap and the only good rides came from other parks*
Also Great Escape: *We benefit from New Orleans not having an amusement Park even though we are in Tourist Trap, Upstate NY and just about everybody in New Orleans doesn't know we exist*

Dorney Park's app also has that issue

The Power Splash would probably be themed to Aquaman, the Endevour Supergirl (prefer to put it in the "Old Country" and called Catwoman Whip), Kids Area would be DC Super Friends, Guess the Parachutes are The Watchtower now lol
