Have faith in the team Mark Kane has in place. Their track record since he took over is the best it's been in year's. They really haven't made any Boneheaded moves, since he took over the top spot with the park (yet, anyway). And after tommorrow it will be up to Flyin' Phil to keep us up to date on what's going on with it. Unless there is a way to see Medusa from the Road's behind GA, whitch I will investigate after the Season is over, and once all the Leaves drop from the Tree's.

They also have a First Gen. Intamin Drop Tower ride called, FreeFall. It's nice to know that our Park has inspired another.

I found out the poster of that photo is the park president of that place and he has visited Great Adventure numerous times when he lived in New York City so that explains why. By the way, the park does look amazing. Just look at their rapids...

And look at that paint job for that SLC! WOW!

Sorry, anyways back on topic! LOL.

I wonder if the same designers of ours made that one or that they based theirs off of ours. After all, China has a lot of "rip-off" parks of Disney, so maybe they made a "rip-off" building from us in Brazil?

Nice pictures Josh. We were there too and some of those lines were just insane for the rides they corresponded to. Were you able to get on a bunch before the night's activities began?

Actually, a person in my group does not walk and was wheel-chair bound (note the wheel chair in the full PTR), so we used VIG for the night so the person did not have to stand in line.

Six Flags and Hard Rock friendship anyone?

This is truly a tragedy. This park was definitely not a cement-hole like a Cedar Fair park or a low-class expensive theme park (like Clementon...), this was a GREAT place full of potential and the themeing was exceptional. It's downfall has to be half our economy and their ridiculous prices. If I was them, I would reopen as a ticket/wrist-band theme park that way they can still bring in people and have them just buy food, games, and souvenirs. This park truly has potential, and it would be ashame to see this park fail..

For once, I'll say keep that unused landscaping untouched like that for the entrance. It is perfectly creepy from being untouched for two years now! Maybe add a skeleton head or something, but no need to cut it and add webbing or pumpkins..

Tornado slide, X2 style revamp on one our coasters (Rolling Thunder, Medusa, or Nitro), and a new float for the Glow in the Park Parade is my prediction.

Most likely the fence where the Smoking Section currently is will be the start of the queue-line, IMO!
