29yrswithaGApass
Haunted houses will be returning for the first time in about five years, Siebeneicher said. “We wanted to bring it inside so we could run it during the day because everything outside has to start in the dark,” she explained. “People roaming around the streets in daylight in makeup isn’t very scary. The ambiance isn’t there.” Notice is says "houses" as in more than one!
Chiller
I wonder where they will put the indoor mazes? Maybe it could go in the old season pass processing area, The Xploratorium, or the buildings behind Northern Star Arena. They already have me looking forward to Fright Fest. This cooler weather we are having isn't helping either.
sixflagsdude101
how many mazes will we have this year?
jdc12192
All the same as last year (manor, insanity, voodoo, wasteland) plus the new 'total blackout' trail. Although im not sure if the old trails will keep the same names or not.

sixflagsdude101
maybe an old one is moving?? If so i hope the manor goes in a warehouse where they can expand on that maze. It has alot of potential! I just hope for fright fest 2013 they bring in masks like from Knotts Scary Farm and the scream team from Six Flags Magic Mountain. Putting that spray make up on is just cheap and useless. AND they will be able to reopen that pathway again! Also i hope they workout the never ending line situation. last year i barley had time to do all 4! how am i gonna do 5 or more!? acq10uaz
Think they will use Houdini like they do here at SFNE? Midnight Mansion is SFNE's most popular walkthrough so I can only imagine how popular it would be at Great Adventure.

The head makeup artist does make masks by hand. We do not use cheap go out and buy masks, everything is custom made which is why you probably dont think there are alot of masks, but there is a handful of them. We won't have to wait until it is dark to get scared this year! ^Thats how you might be able to get all done.

sixflagsdude101
i am angered to say SFNE is getting the exact same thing as we are. Total Darkness. I was actually thinking SFGA did something creative and fun this year. But now i know probably all six flags parks are getting this.
