Pineracer
Even though CA's Great America is getting a shopping/dining district because its going bankrupt but what if Great Adventure got one as well? The simple and best way would be to base it off the gate areas of the original 3 SF parks (Texas, Georgia, St. Louis) which are similar. The idea would be to connect the entrance to "Enchanted Forest" to Hurricane Harbor. somewhere in the shopping/dining district there would be a hotel. You wouldn't have a gardening store or a farmers market but what about shops and restaurants like Raglan Road, Justice, Stuff not in the outlet mall ( Nathan's Hot dogs because its in the parks, IDK). The exteriors of the building would be more colonial on the "Enchanted Forest" end, more Modern/ hotel theme in the middle, and a few shops themed to HH on its end. What shops/restaurants would you want?
ThemeParkRider
Would this be a setup similar to what Downtown Disney at Disneyland? I'd like to see something like Ghiradelli. I love walking by the smell of chocolate.
Pineracer
I would see more of a revisit to the original "districts" because Wild Safari and HH would be similar and Dream Street and the current gate are similar. As for the smells, I don't think Six Flags would go there, this more of a connector between the two parks because it can do that, Magic Mountain could do a similar thing but Over Texas can't do that because HH Arlington and OT are split by an interstate.
