29yrswithaGApass
I have a new favorite ride at Great Adventure!
The Master
So they ran it during the bad weather today anyway? Even though they didn't open it yesterday because of bad weather.
The Master
Also, I hope the park cleans out and repacks the wheel bearings every night after driving though water like that.

They cancelled Thursday because that was the same storm that hit Oklahoma earlier in the week and was considered a severe storm in the forecast. I think that for rain they have some plastic ,or something of that nature, type windows that roll down on the side. It didn't run yesterday because of what 29yrs said. warnerleroy
I rode it today and SOME trucks have the plastic coverings for rain while others don't. Overall I was impressed with the ride but I'd still rather have seen more flats added in lieu of something we already had "redone". One big thing I hated was that with the exception of new props and camp adventure, the safari Is left as is so you'll be driving "offload" and have a paved road right next to you with signs saying "stay in your car" and "keep traffic moving"

MarioSonic94
From the looks of it, I guess that the baboons and monkeys will not be a part of SORA.
29yrswithaGApass
The monkey section and the one prior to that (formerly South America) are not included in SORA. More or less the roadway between this gate and the original exit is not used.
DiveMachine
Are they completely gone? Or could they possibly be moved to the old TotT/Safari Discoveries compound?
warnerleroy
My tour guide says they're staying in place but you can only see them on VIP tours

Also, Thrusday only rained a couple of times while Friday was almost constant rain the whole day.
