I would be happy with a small flat or two in movietown. Haha that shouldn't make those lines that much longer.

^ Don't get me started about the parking lot, that thing is is the biggest train wreck I've ever seen. Lol And if this hotel gets passed how they want it to, the park wouldn't be in charge of general upkeep so that's not something we need to worry about. General upkeep is forever going to be an on going thing at any park. The park is always doing maintenance on buildings during the off season so it's not like they don't care, rather they may not have the money to do so. Your right, there are a few things that need to be fixed first. But you have to remember the more money the park gets, the more things they can fix faster. And this money could possibly be generated by having the hotel.
