At the Golden Carousel Awards last night at the park (awards given to employees every year), park president Mark Kane announced that Hurricane Harbor will definitely be getting a new attraction next year, but anything for the park side has not been finalized yet. No idea what it will be, although we can guess (Torando).

Yesterday was a cool day at the park even though it was pretty crowded. Our first ride was going to be KingDa KA. We walked over there and they just started testing it. There was a delay opening on KA which was about 15-20 min. We wanted to try GASM yesterday so we were in line to get on and all of a sudden two trains get stuck. While the workers were walking up to the top brakes after those three loops, it was fixed and we were ready to get on. While we were on the ride, one of the trains in the station was having a malfunction, which caused us to wait on the finishing brakes for about 20 min. Our last ride of the day was going to be Dark Knight and the line was pretty good all until the ride breaks down. The ride broke down for about 30 min. then we get to the station and again it breaks down in a matter of minutes after being fixed. For that delay took even longer because they actually evacuated people off the ride (45 min). We finally get on the ride.. then start to head home. yeah i did the one day sale for this years passes. it only came up to like $88 for all 3 parks i thought that was a pretty good deal

The Park Was Pretty Empty Today Probably Because of The Weather. But I Actually Got On A Lot Of Rides! TDK: 2 ELToro:3 MEDUSA:1 NITRO:3 SUF:1 GASM:1 KingdaKA: 2 Today was a pretty good day and we just left before the rain started... TDK had some trouble opening this morning... one of the block brakes on the ride wasn't working right so they had to delay the opening of the ride... the ride didn't open until like 10:50 ish. Everything else... it was a good day!

I actually hope it can be NITRO or DarkKnight

i would go on it even if it didn't have stropes/elements but it is just a pretty good ride. Probably a lot of people want to see what it is like in there now so i was thinking that yes people would go on it because of the elements.
