A speedy recovery to those injured.

It's great that the park is renovating along with building new rides/attractions. Too bad the retracking of Rolling Thunder never happened...it needs it. El Toro wasn't running two trains today it really takes a long time with only one train running.

First, Skyrush is very painful on your thighs because of the bat handle restraints. You complain more than enjoy the ride. Great Bear was my favorite because it is the only coaster that may be on par with one at Great Adventure. Most of the coasters are much older there and wooden. Don't expect too much from Storm Runner. The launch doesn't even compare to Kingda Ka, but it does go upside-down. I enjoyed the ride, but the launch was pathetic compared to Kingda Ka. Sooperdooperlooper is ok, if you haven't gone on looping rollercoasters before. Overall, Hershey does not compare to the rides at Great Adventure. Great Adventure has world class coasters which Hershey does not. Hershey is a much more family oriented park though. It is also fun to look at all the Hershey inspired rides that you can find in Roller Coaster Tycoon! I enjoyed going when I went over the summer, but I was a little disappointed because I was expecting more because I haven't been to many other large scale amusement/theme parks other than Great Adventure. If it isn't too busy try to hit every single ride. Sorry that this is like a rant, but I was born going to Great Adventure and my expectations and standards are much higher. I am also a teenager who looks at the thrill and ride aspect than the family friendly aspect.

Almost nothing can beat the launch on Kingda Ka. 128mph in 3.5 seconds.

Yes, Yes, Yes! This is a needed ride at Great Adventure because of the needed "higher thrill" flat rides. Hopefully it will be the tallest and fastest in the world just like Kingda Ka (when it was built).

Why can't Great Adventure do something like this every winter?

Hopefully this will happen. I have been hoping for it for a long time because it will give me a place to go over the winter.

Great Adventure has such a huge parking lot that is very unorganized and confusing. I see many people driving the wrong way down the center lanes (between the lot and preferred) even though the wrong way signs are on the back of the 12 mph signs. Six Flags need to bring a huge improvement to it's parking lot and make it safer and easier to get out. Also it needs to be repaved because towards the ends, it is very rocky and bumpy with many potholes.

The park should add some extreme thrill rides, to balance types of rides out.

I truly don't remember the last time I saw a show at Great Adventure other than the dolphins and the hypnotist during fright fest. Great Adventure has a lot of unused arenas for shows, but there are none. They also got rid of the parades, I enjoyed those a lot when I was younger.

Six Flags should make a multiplatform smartphone app (including all windows phones) that displays wait times.

Truthfully, I really hate flash pass. I don't like when someone has a double ride band or sits down in the row you are about to sit in. On skull mountain, where they have rows blocked off, that is ok, because I understand that is a flash pass row. But when you waited a long time to get on a ride and you are about to get on and the attendant comes over and tells you to wait one more train it makes me nuts when I am with a group of people. You try to get on the same train (specifically for the picture, I have the season pass flash drive), but now you all have to wait again because someone just had to stay in your seats. Flash pass is expensive, but I have never used it. When the park gets to busy, I leave because I don't live far, and I will always go back. Along with the people who say that their "friend" is at the beginning of the line, flash pass goes along with it, but is "legal" because they paid for the "cut the line privileges". One day, I was waiting in line for Kingda Ka because it just opened around 12:00. All the flash pass users rushed over and there were about 70 at a time that went right in front of me. The flash pass line ended up to be longer than the real line. I don't know how the flash pass system really works, but I know it was just chaotic. I understand that Six Flags is trying to make more money, and it works, so I just leave when it gets to busy and avoid the summer and fright fest.

It was time. The only reason I went on Great American Scream Machine was that it never had a line and I would be able to go on an unlimited amount of time. During fright fest I was suprised that there was a 15 minute long line. I started to dislike the ride because it was very shakey, it gave me a headache and hurt my head from banging it on the restraints. It used to be a ride of it's time, but not anymore compared to the new rides Six Flags was building. Scream Machine didn't even compare to rides like Kingda Ka, Medusa (Bizzaro), El Toro, and Nitro. If Great Adventure didn't need to keep Scream Machine because it didn't attract many people and not many people went on it, it was my go to ride when the park was busy during the summer. I do miss it, but I like Green Lantern better.

Nothing compares to the coasters at G.A. They are truly "world class".
