    Amazing photos, as always.

The fresh paint on Batman and Medusa looks AMAZING! I just wonder what they'll do for the new Medusa entrance sign, though. Looks like they kept the foundation of the Bizarro sign & painted over it for now, but I'm not sure if they're going to keep it & slap a new design on it or just scrap it altogether, since it has such an oddly-shaped silhouette.

Also, if you were able to ride on El Toro, did you notice if it was running any smoother since the re-inspection? The last time I rode it (in late 2020), it felt much rougher than it ever had before; in fact, I wasn't even too surprised when the de-railing actually happened last year.

While it was running a bit slower as it was cold and only the second day of the season, it definitely felt a ton smoother in the turnaround and the twister sections, like significantly

  2. HITP in the freezing cold was great yesterday, everything was a walk on and the park looked great. They surprise me every year with how great of a job they do with HITP. JDC is also running bafflingly welll in the cold, which is awesome.

That's just for Road Runner Railway being reinstalled as Little Devil. Have to give the little hellraisers a coaster to ride in the park.

Definitely. I hope they actually try when they redo the Safari/Wiggles area, and don't just slap a new theme on it and call it a day. Some new flat rides would be nice.

  4. The park has definitely been packed on weekends, if anything it makes Power Hours all the more worth it. I'm sure the park knows what they're doing making it an upcharge event, they know people will go for less wait times

"IMPORTANT: ALL VISITORS (INCLUDING PASS HOLDERS AND MEMBERS) MUST MAKE ADVANCE RESERVATIONS TO VISIT THE PARK.To meet state social distancing guidelines and ensure the health and safety of our guests, all visits to the park must be pre-scheduled using our online reservation system. That's crazy it makes sense tho. Safer to have less people in the park at a time. It means shorter lines too

  6. I was a happy lad when I was on Batman today as most of the OG sound effects were working, obviously not Alfred or the cop car but a lot of the sound effects like the dripping water, motor, theme, and more were back on for the first time in a while. Last time I was in the park was only a couple weeks ago and only some of the effects were on.

For last time, Great Adventure is NOT getting another wooden coaster. A customized Raptor would be perfect because if Tallest, Fast, Steel rumor is very true.

RMC Ground-Up coaster is NOT Tallest, Steel, Fast. Medium-sized Raptor could be Tallest, Fast, Steel coaster for Great Adventure. So RMC Ground Up coaster could be for SF St. Louis or Six Flags Darien Lake instead. As for RMC Raptor if we getting for Great Adventure. It will probably themed to Shazam!.

I would love a Shazam themed coaster but I don't think we should act like we are definitely getting a Raptor or T-Rex, we'll see what happens in September when the new rides are unveiled.

  8. Hopefully I can make it for Opening Day! Excited as hell to be back there, and even though a lot of stuff will probably be closed, I'm still hyped. I'm glad to see a lot of park maintenance, hopefully this means Nitro will be repainted as well.
