I would really like to see us get a dark ride. The last one dark ride I was on was at Holiday World and it was a blast. It seems like if a relatively small (but very nice) park could get one we should be able to have one also. It’s hard to imagine how a park could be a contender for being a top notch park without one (even if the golden ticket fanboys would likely disagree *cough* Cedar Point *cough*).

So I was looking at the park's brochure for 1993 on this site and happened to see looking at the map for Old Country an attraction (No. 3 on the map) called the "William E. Hettman Memorial Gardens." It was where the Haunted Castle used to be. So I'm wondering who was/is William E. Hettman?
