Build a themed hotel on property to accomodate those guests traveling from out of state or simply regulars who want to get away for a weekend. I live about 4 1/2 hours away from the park, and I try to go down at least once every year, and the closest hotel to the park is 10 minutes away. I know thats not far, but I'm sure that the park guests want to have access to the park whenever they want (minus when the park is closed).
