Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, N.J., One of New Jersey's largest seasonal employers, is looking for some workers -- 4,100 workers. They need to hire employees and interns for the 2009 season. The Amusement Park will be holding a job fair on Saturday, February 21 for potential employees. Job seekers are sure to flock to Six Flags to try and get a seasonal job. There are a variety of jobs up for grabs with a slew of benefits including flexible hours, advancement opportunities, health and medical benefits, reward and recognition programs, scholarships, free park admission and more, according to Six Flags officials. They are hiring in the following areas: Merchandise Games Park Services Loss Prevention and Security Landscapers Human Resources Toll Booth Attendants Safari Marketing Cash Control Ride Operations Lifeguards Entertainment Guest Relations "Six Flags is looking for enthusiastic candidates of all ages and backgrounds including students, teachers, stay-at-home parents, retirees and second wage earners interested in pursuing careers in occupations such as marketing, accounting, criminal justice, theater arts, human resources, hospitality and business management, horticulture and zoology," according to Park Public Relations Manager Angel Aristone. Applicants are asked to fill out an online application at SixFlagsJobs.com before attending the job fair. Here are the job fair details: Where: Six Flags Great Adventure’s Employment Center, 1 Six Flags Blvd., Jackson, N.J. 08527 (enter parking lot through employee entrance) When: February 21 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you can't make the job fair there is still a chance to work at Six Flags.
