Matt Kaiser
At my job, we have food trucks come every Tuesday and Thursday, so I've had a few of these. Ironically, the Empanada Guy is here today. Johnny's Pork Roll is really good for obvious reasons. The Flying Pie Guy is interesting. (I had the Tradie) I think anything at Oink and Moo is good. dougdrummer
I assume our meal plans don't apply to these food trucks. The place is going to be mobbed Saturday when I go. I wish it was open Thursday or Friday when the weather is going to be more suspect.

You'd be correct It's also very common for food trucks to only accept cash, so bring some if you're planning on checking it out.
