Viper26
Contractors are in place and working on Disney World's new gondola system It looks like Walt Disney World is planning on building an aerial gondola system (Skyway style ride) to transport guests between the Hollywood Studios and Epcot parks to select hotels. This one will have enclosed cabs to protect riders from bad weather unlike older ones built by Von Roll (such as the one found at Great Adventure). scott
I would use that. If I ever go back to Disney
ThemeParkRider
Fantastic idea. The new changes to both Hollywood Studios and Epcot will be bringing in much more traffic. I love the bus system but I think that it's starting to show its limits. Hopefully this will also make Art of Animation and Pop Century a bit less isolated. dougdrummer
I would like to see a map of the exact layout of the gondola.
ThemeParkRider
They still haven't confirmed it publicly, but they have commented saying that they have "exciting announcements" in store regarding future transportation. There's a few different sites with various self-made diagrams on where people theorize the stations will be exactly. We know that there will likely be 3 separate lines with 6 stations.
