  1. Unfortunately, they do not want a logo that represents the park. They want generic logos that can be used for all the parks. They don't want each park to have it's own identity. Stripping the parks of their identities was one of the worst decisions the company ever made. Hopefully one day they will realize this and stop trying to make them all identical to each other.
  2. It's a shame that the tents were changed from such whimsical, magical experiences into boring, non-descript, bad-mall-like stores. It's a small example of what Six Flags has done to the whole park. They took a beautiful, magical, enchanted forrest and turned it into a mall with rides.
  3. That wouldn't really be Movie Town, it would be Gotham City. I don't think it would be a good idea to theme an entire section of the park in such a limited way. Not everyone in the world is a Batman fan. This is something Six Flags does not seem to understand. They theme everything to superheroes and extremely limit their customer base. They have to make their parks more well-rounded and not so superhero-heavy.
  4. It seems a little strange to me to treat September 11th as a holiday. Am I alone here?
  5. It looks like it was designed by a BLIND man.
  6. I don't know when they did it, but I wish they would UNDO it. They went way overboard, attaching speakers to everything that doesn't move, and then adding giant poles just for more speakers. All so they can blare obnoxious music and annoying commentary around the park. Put back the unobtrusive rock-shaped speakers playing soft, background music.
  7. Amen! I've always hated this ride. It's boring, silly, and highly overrated. Also, it was a huge mistake to put that big metal box in the middle of the park. If you have to build a warehouse to put a ride in, it should be on the perimeter of the park, not in the middle of it.
  8. It's not easy to "just fall out", but it is very easy to "get out". The doors are not locked, all you have to do is open them and step out. The question is "why would you"? It comes down to just how much responsibility a park has to take for the stupid actions of the riders. Do they have to make the doors lock, or install locking seatbelts that do not allow you to get up? They will probably make some kind of changes due to this incident, but should they have to? Do we need to make everyone wear straight jackets to prevent them from hurting themselves? I do not remember, do the doors lock on GA's ferris wheel? I know they didn't when it was built.
  9. Nitro is my favorite coaster, but I wish they would have given it some kind of coherant theme. Athough that's hard when the park itself doesn't really have any. I also wish they had left some trees instead of completely clearing the area. It would have been great to be diving into the woods instead of just riding over a field of grass.
  10. I remember in the late 70s / early 80s they played pleasant, carnival-type instumental music faintly in the background. It was happy and uplifting and set a nice mood, and was faintly noticeable. I liked that much more than the loud pop music they blare through the whole park now, and that obnoxious Six Flags Radio nonsense has to go.
