  1. Harry, I think the Great Adventure Gods are telling you to stay away! ;P lolol
  2. I was working all day today, and it was HOT. I'm pretty sure HH was packed today!
  3. Yeah Houdini was fun! Yeah we did have fun. I got to go on Runaway Mine Train and Rolling Thunder next time! I need some classics in my life.
  4. I visited the park with my family today! (Yeah I'm basically at the park 24/7) Anyways, I got to the park around 2 pm. We started at Movietown last visit, so we made our way over to Frontier Adventures. Bizarro was number 1 (Get it? Number 1?) on our list. It should have taken us only 5 minutes to get on and off, but the dispatchers were going really slow, so it took us at least 15 minutes to get on and off. After Bizarro, El Toro was next on our list. We sat in the very back row with only a five minute wait. We then skipped my section and went over to the Lakefront/Movietown. Skull Mountain was next on our list. Surprisingly, Skull Mountain had a five minute wait. Usually, I'd get on and off. Anyways, Nitro was next. Nitro had the longest wait of 30 minutes. It was a pretty good ride, although it was a little rougher than usual. This was the first time I had a rough ride on Nitro. Maybe it was the train? After Nitro came Batman: The Ride. There was no wait and we got on in the second row. The only issue I have with the ride now is that I believe they modified the brakes at the end. Its much more forceful now. Has anybody noticed this? After Batman came the Dark Knight. I wanted some A/C before going out again, but the A/C was broken! It was hotter than ever in the pre-show room. The only flat ride of the day, Houdini's Great Escape, came after TDK. It took forever for the ride to start with guests not following directions and leaving souvenir cups on with them. That took about 15 minutes, and then we went over to the one and only, Green Lantern. We rode twice without a wait (Nobody ever goes on Green Lantern on quite days like today). I hate saying this about my baby, but the ride is slowly getting worse and worse. Its getting to a point where the coaster is too painful to ride. Our final ride of the day was Superman: Ultimate Flight. We had a five minute wait. Superman was the same old Superman, nothing new to report. Unfortunately, the end of the day came and I had to leave with my family around 7 pm (If I had my car I'd stay till 9). It was an awesome "SIX FLAGS" day, but it was so hot! Best line of the day: "GO HOME ROB! You're here all the time! Enjoy your day off! Go have fun!" (Speakers: All of my supervisors/team members) lol Me: "This is fun!" Roller Coasters: -1x Bizarro -1x El Toro -1x Skull Mountain -1x Nitro -1x Batman: The Ride -1x The Dark Knight -2x Green Lantern (Yeah Buddy ) -1x Superman: Ultimate Flight Rides/Attractions: -1x Houdini's Great Escape Total: 10 Rides Next Visit: Working Friday 6/29/12 4pm-10:15pm
  5. Awesome trip report and thanks for riding Green Lantern!
  6. That's such an awesome idea! Though I don't think the Old Country Area/Movietown has enough room for this big Sherlock Holmes theme?
  7. There is nothing new to update about. It was a really busy-free day. After being signed out early (they didn't need that many people) I went to the park to enjoy the rides. I headed my way over to Movietown and the Lakefront area. I got onto Skull Mountain and stayed on for three rides. Skull is good as always! I then went over to Nitro and rode it four times in a row. Nitro was running with two trains today (as for most coasters in the park) and there was only a five minute wait. Four in a row was enough for me and I then went over to Batman. I rode four times in a row and I felt like throwing up after. I don't know how I did that before. I'd be lucky riding Batman twice and not getting nauseous. After riding, I stumbled my way over to The Dark Knight. I rode three times and went home after that. It was a nice easy day! I hope to visit the park again, but with more rides on other attractions! Roller Coasters: -3x Skull Mountain -4x Nitro -4x Batman: The Ride -3x The Dark Knight Total: 14 Here are some photos I took of B:TR !
  8. Everything besides the Fender Benders are open. The crowds on weekdays are still somewhat decent. If you go either day, the crowds shouldn't be too bad.
  9. Awesome man! Who says you have to be a kid to enjoy this stuff!
  10. Ugh. I'm going tomorrow as a guest, lets hope it isn't too crowded. lol
  11. Oh wow! Was it that busy today? My school just finally let out today and some schools are letting out in a couple days.
  12. ^lol Oh wow that would have been cool! EXPENSIVE but cool.
  13. Finally! It looks like King Cobra is finally coming together! Now only if the bumper cars would get here sooner...
  14. Happy Father's Day to all the fathers out there!
  15. This is a honorary addition after the recent loss of Cody. Ft. Independence is back up and running, and I hope this show was better than the last!
  16. This is my favorite restaurant in the whole park (and its not just because I'm Asian!). I do miss it as Wok & Roll. Panda Express's food isn't as good as Wok & Roll's.
  17. You go every other day Yoshi! I'm always working and when I'm off I never have a ride! Ugh. Sometimes I'd wish they'd give me a saturday off.
  18. ^Oh that's definitely illegal now a days!
