Maybe we are getting what that Ocean City park is getting, the name Total Mayhem kind of fits with that theme. Just a thought, although I personally would rather have a SkyRocket II Model from Premier Rides rather than anything from S&S really.

It's funny, I saw El Toro on RMC's website as one of their coasters, even though Intamin was the company that manufactured it.

Nearest RMC for me is about 3 hours away. Have yet to ride one.

The Valravyn track and the China Wing Coaster track was made in the facility in Ohio. Chances are someone will probably get pictures from RMC's facility and then send them to Screamscape.

Yes, so the cost for the Dive Coaster would probably be well over $20 Million.

Yeah, Baron 1898 cost around $27.7 million, so theoretically a Dive Machine unfortunately wouldn't be able to happen.

A Premier Rides launch coaster would just be awesome. A Giga may not happen because they cost a lot of money and Six Flags Budget will probably not let something like that happen. The thing I really have hoped for awhile is a Dive Machine, but once again, cost may not let that happen. I will honestly be disappointed if Cedar Point announces a Dive Machine. This is because will will miss the opportunity of adding one to our park if they happen to get it first. But with the Six Flags budget not going over 20 million dollars, a Dive Machine will probably not happen unfortunately.

I honestly couldn't agree more. I love speculating, especially a month before announcements are supposed to be made, but the issue is I people really shouldn't be spoiling the news. Even if it's a really cool addition, imagine how much cooler it would be if we found out the day the announcements are made. Mainly because that's when we are supposed to find out.

I mean, don't tell the entire thread exactly what you hear. I don't think Fitzgerald would be telling people exactly what the attraction is besides trusted employees and staff (managers really only fall into that category) So if you know what the attraction is for 2016, just shut up. I don't want to hear spoilers, not many people want spoilers either, and I'd rather have suspense during the announcement rather than know what is coming already and not care at all. I still refuse to believe what anyone says still besides 29YearsWithAGAPass, probably because he is very good at keeping things hushed when it comes to future attractions.

Well I'm tired of people just assuming what were getting, saying it here on this thread, causing people like me to get upset and angry. This is a speculation thread, not an assumption thread. I know I may act like I'm assuming what we are getting, but I'm just upset by so many people saying "Oh, just face it, we are probably getting this, because someone said this"

I mean, we have always been hoping for something like a Wingrider, RMC, Dive Machine, ect for years now. The fact we are getting a ride that has been getting mixed reviews and isn't much of a thrilling addition, is kind of like traveling hundreds of miles to go to a park you have always wanted to go to, only to find out it's closed the time you are there.

Well then, with that said, I guess this discussion should really be closed since it;s obvious what we are getting. And me and a lot of other people are probably going to be very disappointed.

The thing is if the release the name Total Mayhem we would probably guess what that is.

Great America is tied with us I think. We both have Superman and Batman clones and I'm going to say El Toro is better than Goliath because of the airtime, but we don't have a Wing coaster, but they don't have a floorless coaster. Pretty crazy how similar the two parks are to each other.

What exact proof is there of what we are getting? If you don't provide any sort of sources or information, then what you are saying is just speculation.

Yes, in fact that rumor about Bizarro being demolished was Started on GADV Online when someone made a post about Bizarro possible going in to the ride rotation program. To be honest the S&S rumor started with that stupid fake survey about great Adventure wanting an S&S 4D, and it was fake because it was for all parks, and a 4D was on the list for every single park, even Fiesta Texas. People still don't understand that. Also, for those saying that The 4D was "supposed" to be for 2015 but Zumanjaro went over budget, well, unless I see an article confirming that then it's probably not even true. I honestly am trying really hard to provide info that this S&S rumor does not come true, but I have a sick feeling in my stomach that it is going to turn true. I mean, I will be happy with a new coaster, but the certain coaster isn't really what we are hoping for as we think we deserve better, which is completely reasonable due to the fact that we haven't gotten a brand new coaster since 2008. In all honesty any new coaster would be good I guess, but i just don't like the ideas of the 4D. I would rather get a Wingrider which unfortunately won't happen, but I guess I'll try my best to deal with it.

To be honest, when I look at a 4D Free Fly coaster I see no adrenaline rush, no thrill, and just something that makes you want to throw up. That certainly won't hold us over from the past few years.

But to be honest, with an edition like an S&S Free Fly, I would rather the park just keep the Fort Independence and the Grandstand then tear them both down to add something as simple as a Free Fly. It's just not worth tearing down all of that for a coaster not very thrilling. If we were to get a Wingrider or RMC, then definitely. Even a newly expanded area would be nice. But in the case of an S&S 4D? Not really.

Well we already have a very impressive line up of coasters and attractions so chances are we wouldn't fall under the category of Dorney and Michigan's. Plus, Dorney is a fairly decent park compared to some of the other Cedar Fair parks.

Yeah, Cedar Fair is much better than Six Flags in my opinion. Cedar Fair actually cares about a lot of their parks. All of their parks (well most of them) get a good coaster every few years. Six Flags, although they do add something to each of their parks every year, well, there have been many parks these past few years that haven't gotten even a single thing notable. (Ex. Six Flags St Louis, Six Flags La Ronde)

Well that's a major disappointment. After all these years waiting for a major coaster we are probably going to get something like this? What a massive shame. Sorry for my ungratefulness, but seriously.

Just out of curiosity, not asking for any hints or details, but I'm just asking if you happen to know what the determined attraction for 2016 is, based on what you just said.

And is there any evidence of that rumor with the free spin sent to Fiesta Texas? Unless I see an article from a very reliable source I am not buying the S&S rumor.

Tell me about it, the most logical truthful thing I've heard all year. Nice job. Plus a wingrider can be a great ride of done correctly. And since the fenced off area is near the lake, we could make something really great out of that.
