We booked our visit for Sunday June 7th. This weekend wouldn’t have worked well and I figured it also gives a weekend for the park to get used to operations. Never did the drive-thru back in the day so we are really looking forward to it!

Very minimal - maybe a licked windshield by a giraffe. The most damage was caused by the monkeys/baboons but they are behind a fence now. Your car probably faces more of a risk in a parking lot.
I was really hoping that would be the answer! I’ll make the 3 hour drive just for this. Thanks Great Adventure!

I so want to do this but need to ask what type of car damage would I need to expect. Can’t get my lease all jacked up.

So many awesome rides thanks for sharing!

It'll still be unique! Ours will have an original theme, which is definitely a plus (there is a very high chance MM's is DC themed since it is literally surrounded by DC themed rides and runs through both DC Universe and Metropolis). Ours will also be shorter probably height and length wise, but that might be a good thing since some rides don't benefit from longer layouts. Look at Storm Chaser and Wicked Cyclone for example: Wicked Cyclone and Storm Chaser have comparable stats, yet Storm Chaser is much shorter than Wicked Cyclone and rightfully so, since Wicked Cyclone loses so much of its speed at the end while Storm Chaser is still absolutely hauling as it hits the brakes. Sometimes, more length isn't necessarily beneficial to certain rides!
I really disagree with your Wicked Cyclone thoughts. Yes depending on weather it can run a little slower at the end but I’ve never thought of it as slow and at times it’s hauling a$$ straight into the break run. -
Supposedly it was now removed from the agenda. If true it’s a solid sign 2021 is going to be real lite on the addition front. Not surprising in these uncertain times.

If there was no new cases or deaths in a few months. The parks will likely open in June/July.
Not trying to be mean but do you read your posts and think about them before submitting. You are talking peoples lives and then an amusement park opening. We all hope they open but talking about families and the loss of loved ones stopping so you can ride a coaster is cold. Imagine if someone here lost a friend or family member and they are just looking for relief. This wouldn’t bring it. Just think about others when you comment. I want to go just as much as anyone but we are where we are right now.- 1

NY Governor Cuomo is predicting at least two more weeks for the apex which makes me think four weeks at least as of now. After the apex then things need to subside overall. It’s going to be a while unfortunately. Not discounting the more serious people loss on top of this. Just saying from the theme park stand point we aren’t going in anytime soon.

That's means I'm gonna get affect by COVID-19 and I'm gonna die at Great Adventure or NYC? Is all people of USA will get COVID-19 by end of this month or April. I'm scared about this! Is Coronavirus will die soon in summertime as Memorial Day weekend or June?
Not saying to not take precautions but also don’t get overhyped about it. Definitely is being taken more seriously around the country especially today but it doesn’t go from zero to die.

They are removing the Batman arenas so a new stunt show is unlikely. A renovation to the Showcase would be awesome, along with a new show. I'd keep the arena just for concerts, you have two stages for Children's shows, you have the Golden Kingdom animal encounter bit, but a new stage in Plaza Del Carnival would be awesome-even if it just served as an anchor for a family friendly Day of the Dead event.
I hadn’t seen a plan about this. Do you just mean they’ve removed some like SFNE’s? -
It’s a total joke. Their management and marketing are just terrible. If they fail it’s on them 100%.

It looks awesome..... I just hope it doesn’t block the view too much from the front row rider.
Really don’t think it will at all. The mouth is right down too the track practically.- 1

That train looks really awesome. Glad they really themed it.

If that is really one of the train fronts it looks awesome!

This is crazy stupid. Can’t believe that the park has to spend lawyer money on this crock. By the locker idiot.

What the heck is wrong with Pepsi? (I honestly don't care because I don't drink either brand's titular beverages)
It’s not Coke. Personal preference of course.

Please don’t switch from Coke to Pepsi.
That’s exactly what I thought as I read this to LOL!

I agree. No need to add coaster to the name. Seems out of place.

Seven parks have leaked on the Six Flags website now, no Great Adventure yet. Magic Mountain is the only disappointment out of the leaks. It looks like Six Flags is building some awesome new rides for 2020.
Where can we see it?

I wonder what the family river adventure is for Cedar Point.

I also heard that they updated the date to match the chains date since first putting it up but haven’t seen it first hand yet.

I waited until this evening and had no issues. Could have booked this weekend to but went with next instead. Probably just the initial rush of people caused issues.
