Not to worry, I am fairly certain we have a new, better solution which should make everyone happy.
I hope to have more information and an announcement soon...
what's its going to be?, keeping the forums open?
-
well, I guess that means we will never gets pages for shirt tales land/looney tunes town/bugs bunny land or old country
-
if the Simpsons do leave universal sooner than later, then a Pokemon area would been awesome replacement, maybe replace the Simpsons ride with a Pokemon snap themed dark ride (they can use the empty land between the Simpsons & men in black for future expansion of the area)
and also, if the Simpsons did end up moving to disney, I bet we get another power rangers at disney situation

but I used the search thing before and its wasn't working, but its for people on discord who didn't have their emails verifed 100% and yes, I like the forums and im hope to see if this site can keep the gah forums running with some sort of capacity, I mean, the Great America parks history still have the forums up but posted rarely (and note, I found out that the great american parks history forums has been temporarily locked during the site transition period):https://www.greatamericaparks.com/forums/

if the forums was to go, its maybe hard for me to do, I have joined discord before but my experience is bad because I was on the rio movie fandom discord server and then came to the meme section that I have a meltdown over my ocd & to make it even worse, discord would take you hours to scroll to your favorite post (especially for a person who has ocd) & its makes it worse, you can't search it up to find the post you name (this is why the forums were better: because you can search up things you posted, not with discord) & Facebook would easily makes fun of you for posting something that is labeled as "news about six flags". Especially since six flags was in bad financial ruins (maybe it will fix that if cedar fair & six flags merger goes smoothy)

SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment is now the owner of the old trademarks for United Parks and has registered a new trademark for United Parks and Resorts. It appears a rebranding is in progress.
so, seaworld parks & entertainment is going to get renamed to united parks & resorts?

It was boring, slow paced, corny, and lacked any real action. The “stunts” they did do were extremely fake. You have to throw a punch closer than three feet away to make it look even a little real.
yeah, I agreed with the comment, I wish six flags just sticked with the original plans for a stunt show themed to mission impossible instead of making a stunt show that was boring, slow paced, corny & lacked any real action

so, the reason why I said looney tunes shoppes sold spy girl merchandise is referring to what I find while searching up spy girl:
so, there's are proof that spy girl merchandise were sold in looney tunes shoppe so I guess its was proposed for six flags great adventure (maybe with a updated version that would been a improvement over six flags great america's show), for me, I think if spy girls didn't failed, maybe it would work well in the stunt arena in the movie town area
-
here is something I trying to figure out for years, was the infamous operation spygirl stunt show was going to open at six flags great adventure?, I mean, the looney tunes shoppe used to sell operation spy girls merchandise despite the show never opened here, so, I guess that operation spy girl was proposed for six flags great adventure if the show in great America did well (it didn't) and after that show flopped, they cancelled the plans for operation spygirls for six flags great adventure as a result, this is my guess, feel free to post more info about this

I been wondering if this concept can be revived, I mean, sony already opened up wonderverse & the fact barnes & nobles has left the power plant so would it made sense if this building can be a place like six flags power plant again

It would be good to see Great Adventure get a new one even if it was smaller that dispenses tickets for redemption in the arcade like some of the modern ones. I know the Studio 28 arcade had a small version with the targets behind plastic of plexiglass for a few years but I think it was removed.
wait, theres a fourth shooting gallery in the studio 28 arcade building?, is it like the safari shootout shooting gallery?

The Western Shoot Out was probably placed in the poorest location in the park as far as foot traffic. Most people who knew it was even there were Log Flume riders who spotted it from the ride.
yeah, the placement for this building was the worst, and that is why great adventure didnt do anything with this building (aside from brutal planet & doom & gloom) until its demolition in 2013 for the safari off road adventure queue line

if Congo rapids do get updated, I hope its fit in with the new pine barrens area

As of today Universal Orlando has eliminated paper maps:
I get they're trying to save money on printing, and everyone has a phone, and it's the easiest way to make sure guests have the most current information, but I want a paper map, preferably a poster map even if I have to buy it.
well, looks like six flags wasn't the only one to lose the paper maps merchandise

I guess the park has a new spokesperson:
I wonder if other six flags parks received new spokespersons like this one
-
I won't be surprised if the red tent becomes a store or a museum again since the 3d clown maze queue line started in front of the old paintball building
-
yeah, I rather see the vip lounge be moved to the red tent in the dream street area or the old season pass center next to superman in boardwalk area and reopen the best of the west restaurant

I think this has always been GA's biggest problem. It installs great rides/attractions with nice themes/theme elements, but then they fail to maintain the quality of that attraction when they move on to the next new attraction and next season.
I think this what six flags been doing, but with them merging with cedar fair, I hope they fix the problem

what if they get that tower from california great America to replace the old tower
fun fact: I made a idea about turning the tower into a South Park themed observation tower (I made this as a joke since South Park would not work well in a theme park (well, expect for things like escape rooms))
-
I think supply chain issues are to blame for this

so, I heard that the lion statue at the main entrance is temporary, I wonder they will replace it with a new lion statue, maybe like a new version of the lion statue that used to be the welcome sign for the theme park
