Back to back additions like that is part of the reason Six Flags originally went bankrupt. I don't see the chain investing that much into any one park in a two year window ever again. Times were simply different back then.
that's what I thought

but what about the time where six flags great adventure added kingda ka in 2005 & el toro in 2006?, why they didn't did the same for both 2024 & 2025, was it because its was a different time?, if so, we have to wait until a few years for a mega coaster

but it would not surprise me if we do see some development by the Arena fairly soon for a project in the near future. That is prime space that should be used to start filtering more guests to the back of the park with a solid new ride package.
I guess if six flags great adventure replaces northern star arena with a expansion of frontier adventures area, it could be something like the southwest territory at six flags great America so it can add more western theming to the area called frontier adventures

sorry for double posting but whatever happen to the rumor of a flat ride package that was meant to come with the new coaster?, is this a multi year thing I mean, think about:
1999: war on lines
2000: hurricane harbor
2001: nitro
so maybe the next few years will be some similar to the multi year plan I mentioned
so 2024 is this coaster & 2025 will be a war on lines like package with a mega coaster going into the old northern star arena

the fact that the astroworld site in houston texas has yet to be redeveloped

the minions ride has their soft openings and apparently, people has their mixed reactions, they thought the ride was meh due to the use of screens to the moving sidewalk technique while other love it due to its concept and the aforementioned mention moving sidewalk, but this is in a soft opening phrase so we don't know the reviews until this attraction officially opens

the rumors are that the Frontierland part of magic kingdom will be split into New Orleans & the new Frontierland (New Orleans will have princess and the frog ride & country bears while the new Frontierland will have big thunder mountain)

I really thought they were going to take this opportunity to get the height record back (at least for North America). That makes me quite happy for Kingda Ka.
they almost gonna take it back, but they didn't, lol

Shame they wasted this coaster by putting it in current day Dorney.
why did you thinking about it?, this coaster will brings more people or Dorney park and maybe this lead to cedar fair to invest into Dorney park more

so, have you guys visited showboat's new water park yet, I sure visited, I only got a sneak peek at it, anyways, showboat is somewhat evolving, they added a arcade/go karts/4d simulator/boxing area/island bar/mini golf/rolling rink/bumper cars in the old casino floor & a convention center in the old bus station, makes me wonder what's the second floor is gonna get, I bet escape rooms would do great in the old salon & spa space, maybe a food court in the buffet space

I wondering if this tower will be removed carefully at six flags st louis or six flags over georgia or bring the tower down like at six flags over texas (especially they still have the empty lot where part of great American scream machine used to be where they can pull a six flags over texas on the parachute tower)
or convert it to a observation tower like knotts did to their parachute tower

this ride is rather weird, I can see why great adventure got rid of it, as much as a bird nerd I am, I wish six flags would have reused the soaring eagle name for another roller coaster (maybe a b&m wing coaster in the old rolling thunder area of the park?)
-
medusa is back, and its has the most interesting storytelling that fits this ride into the western area of the park
-
its rather interesting they almost went with a industrial or hangar look, industrial would have worked but hangar would rather be built in boardwalk (back when right stuff mach 1 adventure was still around)
-
so, they move a entire themed drink stand to the boneyard, this is something unheard of, especially coming from a theme park
-
looney tunes land & bugs bunny land, its long overdue

I heard six flags over georgia is getting a Intamin ultra surf to replace splash water falls and its rumored to be themed to aquaman since its near dc super friends & justice league
-
so, do you have pictures of the new gaming house at six flags great adventure?

Naming the coaster Kleenex® or Jeep® does not suddenly make a ride themed any more than naming every ride in a park after some IP or brand makes that amusement park into a theme park.
well, for me, I don't mind riding a ride named Kleenex or jeep

maybe they turning the half of safari kids into a forest themed area nitro gets a scary forest themed and congo rapids be about rapids into a forest with scary monsters around you as you splash

I been thinking about that western saloon retheme that they were gonna do to this arcade, I would love to see six flags great adventure revisiting that facade idea but as a entire new building if they going to expand frontier adventures into the northern star arena space
