For a park chain that can barley keep their parks running properly, they should not be trying to open new parks, especially in other countries.

Are they still there? Maybe we still have hope.

Someone should have told me that earlier so I did not have to ride it 50 times in one week.

Jesse McCartney will be in the Showcase Theatre and it will require a separate admission ticket.

Now they should take that half loop from the monkeys and make a Scream Machine memorial.

Michael W Smith will be at the park on September 13 I just heard that Jesse McCartney will be in concert on Friday August 15. I'm not sure if it will be included in park admission.

Wouldn't it be hard to see. Its directly under El Toro.

That's one of my problems with Great Adventure, they act like ACE is the only coaster club out there. They let them into all the special events.

Six Flags Great Adventure is better than Any Cedar Fair Park but not as good as Busch Gardens Williamsburg.

^ It depends on the park. I think Congo Rapids may not be as popular because people don't feel like getting soaked and have to change their clothes for only one ride. When Splashwater Falls was almost across from it people may have been more willing to get soaked. Also most people, when its hot, go into the water park, and when they are done, they don't feel like doing anymore water rides. I think water rides are as popular as ever, but it depends on the situation of each ride.

I like the sound of it too, but were they really surveying that area, or is that just the way they took to the employee exit.

^ I've been in lines much longer than that and I think they were only running 8 cars. They need to use more of the ride.

I saw them painting Rolling Thunder's chain building on Monday. They have the whole park, why would they paint that. No one can even really see it. I can deal with the trains being covered with ads, but that banner on El Toro is too much.

Kennywoods Racer is one ride. Technically every time you ride it you only ride half of it. It is a rare one track continuous racing coaster.

I always wear pants or shorts with a zipper pocket, and I only bring three things with me to the park; keys, camera and phone. Although I don't have internet or texting on my phone, I still take it with me to the parks to see the time and to call other members of my family if we get separated. Having a phone with you is also a safety thing. A lot of parks including Great Adventure and Dorney have a number to contact park security if you need to. Also, if operators check for loose articles when the train leaves the station, then they and the park are cleared if something happens. If someone decides to take something out of their pocket during the ride and it falls off, that would be that persons fault for not following the rules and they will have to suffer the consequences if someone gets hurt. The park enforced it by checking. I think kicking someone out of the park for having out a loose article is too much. I don't want people breaking rules, but that seems harsh.

Organizations and production companies bring in the concerts that you have to pay extra for such as The Caribbean Concert, Rock The Flags, Electric Adventure, ect. They basically rent out the arena to have their show. Everyone else the park pays, that's why they need sponsors like Plymouth Rock, Coke, and Mike & Ike.

^ Why don't they just rename it the Twixter. Wouldn't be the first time they renamed a ride because of a sponsor.

And that's why I hate Dorney. The whole train can be empty, but I still have to walk around the whole exit/entrance area. I only go a couple times a year because I have the Cedar Fair Pass.

What ever happened to getting a new show in the Showcase? You think we would have heard something by now.

So that's why it was closed on Sunday. It does not sound like anything serious happened. I wasn't there, but the way it sounds, I don't think anyone needed to go to the hospital.

^ That is awful, one of the problems with Great Adventure is the type of people that go there. The employees made the whole situation worse by giving in to the bad guys. Bizarro is one of the parks highest capacity rides, but almost every time I'm there the employees find a way to slow things down. There is a lot of triple train stacking.
