How are the commercials this year? Did they tone down all the flashy animations and graphics? If someone could upload a video of it that would be great.

I think Fiesta Texas does a good job with the combination. When you go as a big group with different age groups, it's nice to have to not split up all the time.

I wasn't trying to change the subject. I was honestly wondering what your thoughts were...I agree completely, it makes more sense for the memberships to be only at the paks where they are open almost all the time. It wouldn't work up here.

But they already are offering gold and regular season passes. The only park to not have gold passes is GAdv. Are you guys thinking that the memberships are completely replacing the idea of a season pass?

SFMM started offering it at the beginning of the year. You can buy a season pass or a membership. A membership isn't replacing the season pass at all. I thought it would be just for SFMM since they are the only year round park. Now it seems like all the parks are getting them as each park has an FAQ page for it now.

In other words, they will probably start doing what CF does and start charging extra for admission into the sister parks.

I don't know how and why you are getting this impression. You can see in the screenshot GAcoaster posted that you still get free admission to other SF parks. A membership pass gives all the same benefits as a regular season pass, except you pay for it on a month to month basis and you can cancel it at anytime. Did you even follow the link GAcoaster posted?

Whoa the food options for GAdv are a lot better than some of the other parks.

Supposedly the Great America music can't be used at any other park for various different reasons.

^Don't want to get off topic, but I wouldn't say they have a great working relationship. There was a reason you didn't see them work together after El Toro.

^Plus all the delays Lex Luthor suffered due to Intamin's failures. Everyone keeps blaming SFMM for the delays, but a lot of it was on Intamin. I don't think we'll see SF and Intamin work together again... Because Green Lantern was a home run for SFMM.

^Because Mach Tower has just been such a success story for BGW.

Does anyone know the hypnotist who performed Hynosteria? SFNE has "Hypnosterics" this year and the guy is from New Jersey or New York. Maybe the show was just moved up to SFNE?
