GAcoaster
Along with Six Flags Over Texas, and Six Flags Discovery kingdom, Six Flags Fiesta Texas is also hosting a Holiday In The Park event this season. To kick things off they just setup the tallest Christmas Tree in Texas to be the centerpiece. The Six Flags Fiesta Texas website has pictures and video of the tree being hoisted into place: Check it out!!! I just hope WE see the same thing as a giant tree is hoisted into place in the fountain for a Holiday in the Park event at GA in 2008! The Master
GAdv biggest problems with this is weather and indoor areas. Rides that should be able to run would be SpongeBob (hopefully replaced with a Xmas film), Houdini, Skull Mt, Dark Knight, and a few ground level flats which GAdv is lacking now. The park would also need a to have some sort of show in a indoor heated space. Remember SFOT, SFFT, and SFDK would be warmer than SFGAdv would be at that time of year. That is why Winter Lights was a good fit for GAdv. Edited February 8, 2008 by The Master
GAcoaster
If Hershey can do it, and Kings Island can do it, there's no reason GA can't.
The Master
I was not saying that they can't do it, I think GAdv can do it they just need to iron out a few problems. Once Dark Knight is open GAdv should have 4 indoor rides which is a big plus. But GAdv lacks in outdoor ground level flat rides now which is a whole season problem for the park. Also like Hershey, GAdv would need a good heated, indoor holiday show. It would be nice if GAdv does get a holidays event.
