The Master
That's the point, the claws are made to be too weak for anybody to win, it's a scam. Edited March 12, 2011 by The Master
Railer
The only Claw games in the park that you can win playing are the one's in the Tent behind the Wii Experience. And of course they are only small stuffed animal prizes. The game by Rolling Thunder that you push the key on a "turntable" to open the box for an X Box 360, you do at least have a chance to win. GAcoaster
That's the point, the claws are made to be too weak for anybody to win, it's a scam. It's not a scam or they wouldn't be permitted to operate. It is POSSIBLE to win any of them, just very difficult.

Up_Up_and_Away
does anyone else notice the yellow track on green lantern? hmmmm.. The Coaster was Yellow at it's previous Spot in Kentucky Isn't the Green Lantern's Weakness the Color Yellow? Hmmm. This has been a topic of discussion over in the Green Lantern thread for a few months now:Cool, the special (not green) sections have arrived for the corkscrews! Andrew M
thanks! and also i dont really like the whole fantasy fling turning into "tornado" kinda makes no sense to have two rides named tornado and another ride named twister. The Master
It's not a scam or they wouldn't be permitted to operate. It is POSSIBLE to win any of them, just very difficult. It's a borderline scam, they have a token winner every once in a great while to make it just legal. All games are set up that way, not just in GAdv. It's like a casino, your chances of winning are very doubtful.
GAcoaster
Well of course it's difficult to win. If it wasn't they'd give away more in prizes than they take in. It's never impossible though.
scipiomask
^ Yeah, but it's pretty damn close to impossible. It's deceiving how hard it is -- just like the basketball game. The hoops are ovals. It's possible to win, but if one doesn't know its an oval, then it's hard to win. It's not a scam to us, but it is to the GP. Chiller
Back to the new map, it looks like the park will be using the taller verson of the map & guide again instead of the smaller pocket verson. I think they have been using the pocket type since 2007.
jonlee
just like that stupid paintball thingy blocking dream street path. I understand completely that the park wants to "push" people into the boardwalk area for them to play the games so the park can make more money. That part of the park is in no danger of having a lack of traffic due to the new green lantern and superman. People will walk that way regardless just to go on those rides. I am furious about the closure of the Golden Kingdom path!
