ericthewanderer Posted May 8, 2016 Report Share Posted May 8, 2016 The article was interesting,but the end segment left me flabbergasted:did Warner LeRoy actually think he could build 12 more Great Adv.s?-especially since there was already 3 SFs,2 Disney parks,KI was building KD,BGW was about to open and Marriott was in the process of opening a chain of parks(that only amounted to 2)..... And the other thing that is stupefying is that the article is like "the park will succeed because there are few water fountains and they charge 40 cents for soda".And they wonder why people have hissy fits about paying $25 to park in a worn-out parking lot.....
