29yrswithaGApass
On more than one occasion in the early '80s I got a taco or two to go from this stand It was part of a bargain I had with my sister for her picking up me and my friends from the park at the end of the day. (I didn't have a driver's license yet.) Little did she know that sometimes those tacos took a ride or two on Rolling Thunder if we still had time left. Good thing they wrapped them in aluminum foil back then!
Yoshi
Interesting to see only 3 soda choices available at the time compared to what the park has now especially with the Freestyle Machines that were recently added. I didn't know that stand sold so many different types of food over the years.
29yrswithaGApass
^ And one of those sodas is TAB, Coca-Cola's predecessor to Diet Coke!
29yrswithaGApass
^^ Odd but it looks like there is a Dr.Pepper soda machine on the counter in the distance.
Daved Thomson
Dr. Pepper was available at the time, as was Ramblin' Root Beer, the sponsor of Roaring Rapids.
