Yoshi
I'm very surprised to see the extra days added to Hurricane Harbor. Last year when I went to the park on one of those September days they had employees from other parks like SFNE and SFA working at some of the rides. I wonder if it will be the same thing with Hurricane Harbor.
DANofNJ
Was just checking the park schedule on the internet, does anyone know why the park has no park hours on Fridays in September? Also noticed that starting on Saturday, sept 20th, the park doesn't open till 11am in the mornings.

Nitro#1
Their mentality seems to be that if the park is not packed to the gills, it doesn't make sense to open. You would think that they would make money if there weren't 1 hour plus wait times, but I guess not. It seems like if there is a day that isn't supposed to be crowded, they just make a ton of events and discounts to make sure the place is packed, or remove it from the calender which is the case with the Fright Fest Fridays. Nitro#1
Someone earlier said that the park noticed that it wasn't crowded and closed on those days. That is why I made the post above.
joeyc98
They've always opened at 11 on Fright Fest days. Fright Fest starts September 20. They've been doing it for a while i believe.
Yoshi
After last year I can understand why they aren't open on Friday's in September. I went on every Friday they were open in September last year and it was walk ons all night. It was great for those who were there but I guess not profitable enough. fetish911
Yeah that sucks they aren't gonna be open Fridays. That was the only days I would go last year during fright fest BECAUSE it wasn't crowded and you could actually get on rides
Yoshi
The first 3 Friday's in October should be low crowds too, although probably not as empty as they were in September.

RC98
^ Oh good it wasn't just me! I started thinking it was an announcement for a huge new ride package like a "giant lineup of new additions." Just 6 more days though
