Mr.Six
What are your guy’s favorite theme Park Skylines? One of my favorites has to be either Cedar Points or the whole Walt Disney world Complex. At Cedar Point you get to see it on that giant roadway to the park for miles and you can see a lot of the parks at WDW from other park’s rides, which is awesome. The Master
Dorney has a nice skyline, it looks like a mountain range of rollercoaster hills. The Moreys Piers also have a nice skyline out over the beach. Edited January 17, 2018 by The Master
Viper26
I like skylines where you can see the coasters from a far distance. This includes Cedar Point, Great Adventure, Hersheypark, and Magic Mountain.
ericthewanderer
Kings Dominion has always had a cool skyline:at first it was just the Eiffel Tower, but then The Lost World,Shockwave,Dominator, etc. grew up around it. Also I'd give an honorable mention, believe it or not, to Seaside Heights-especially when they still had Funtown Pier.Coming across the bridge towards Seaside-especially in the early evening when it start getting dark-and seeing the rides lit up against the ocean was amazing.I'm glad Casino Pier is still around, but seeing TWO piers in the distance was something amazing to me. dougdrummer
Always loved seeing the Eiffel Tower while driving south on I-95. I thought SF Great Escape (especially when it was Story Town) had a nice skyline, or at least curbside appeal from Route 9, when you could see their one rollercoaster right up by the parking lot. The Master
GADV has a nice skyline view from within the park or from Prosper Town Lake.
dougdrummer
It's interesting that you can't see much of anything from the main entrance to Hershey Park, other than maybe the kissing tower way in the back. You can see a lot of the rides from the opposite end near where that outlet mall is located. The front of Dutch Wonderland is kind of cool with the castle moat thing going on, along with the monorail above the lot. Otherwise they don't have a lot of tall rides to see much of.
