***How to post quote in your reply:

Method 1- On the post you're quoting, there is a "Quote" button. If you click that button, it will place the entire post as a quote above your reply.

Method 2- Highlight and copy the text from the post you are quoting (either with a right-click and copy or Ctrl-C). Hit the "Quote" button (available above the posting box) and "[QUOT*]" will appear. Paste the text you are quoting and the hit the "Quote" button again to end the quote and "[/QUOT*]" will appear.

The quoted text will appear like this:

***To change text properties:

After typing your text, highlight the text you wish to change. Once the text is highlighted, click the format button you wish to use (also available above the post text box).

***Adding a picture for a Signature or an Avatar:

Take the image file you wish to use, and size it to the guidelines for signatures or avatars. Post the picture to a hosting site (several free sites are available). Copy the address where the picture is hosted to either your avatar or your signature sections of your control panel.

***Adding a picture to a post (or a picture as a link):

Copy the address of the picture being posted. Use the "IMG" button from the posting text box and paste the address of the picture. When the post is submitted the image will appear in the post.

To make the image a link hit the "http://" button, and paste the address you want the picture to link to in the dialog box. When the dialog box says "Enter the title of the web page" enter the address of the picture with the [img-/IMG] coding around it, and the picture will post as a hyperlink.

***Spell checking a post:

Install Google Toolbar (it's free and easy to use) from the following address http://toolbar.google.com/. Before posting hit the "Spell Check" button and it will scan your posting for misspelled words and offer suggestions for the correct spellings.

***Editing your posts:

After posting, read over what you have posted and make sure everything is OK. If you spot something mis-spelled, mis-formatted, or wrong in some other way, use the "Edit" button on your post and make changes!
