Fantasy Fling Question

At the park last night I noticed for the first time that when the Fantasy Fling goes about half-way up the light's go out. I assume it because the contact for the lighting is broken when it goes up, but has it always done this? With the amount of time I'm at the park it is one of those thing's I should have seen before, but I never noticed it until last night. I was wondering if anyone knew how long has it done it? Or has it always done it?

I never noticed it before. Although the last time I was there later at night, in the dark, I was over by El Toro and didn't really notice much except the Giant Wheel.

Right when my pic. was taken is when they went off. They would come back on at that point on the way down also. It actually looked like it would be a little better with the light's off at the high point of the ride, it was really dark without the light's. Thank's for the info.

As interesting as that is, seems like there is some sort of short somewhere if it is doing it consistently like that. I would say hopefully they fix it, but with there being a good chance it is gone after the season I'm not betting on it lol
