^ I mean old Chiller's Observatory will be removed for the JL ride's queue.
The observatory, although not used for the public, is used so i don't see it going anywhere or being used for a queue. It'll most likely be staying the way it is.

This year I only went to one concert at the park. In the past they used to have so many good shows, it was hard to decide which ones to see. With the concerts that they had the past couple years, it seems they are trying to attract a different crowd than they used to.
I feel the same. It seems that recently they've been bringing in acts that attract families/young kids and to be honest, it does seem to bring in more people so i guess its working to an extent.

I don't see any major or large activity until probably after the season.
^SFFun, what about the old chiller site? JL is sitting on the chiller site. Pathways are probably going to remain the same with the entrance facing showcase.
-
The chiller building is used for things so I don't see that happening.
You'll be able to view it right from the entrance. All the other sides are probably going to remain plain walls. -
Heard this song today on a random Spotify playlist!

No thanks, guys. I don't take any pictures of it. It's up to you guys. Not me. Sorry guys.
Why is it everyone else's responsibility to supply photos for your needs? You are always asking for photos and the least you could do was take some for other inquiring minds!

These seem to become more popular lately and feel like we will be seeing one in the future.

Six Flags Fun, If there is someone who is at the park and gets photos, I'm sure they will be posted. There probably isn't anything exciting going on yet.

HITP CLOSED TODAY 12/17.

It would totally be useful to offer another option besides the bottles. If people forget a cup they won't be screwed for the day, or i know sometimes when a family goes to the park, even if they all don't go on rides, one person is still usually stuck carrying or holding bottles which is a inconvenience for them. Also agree on more freestyle machines spread throughout the park.

The park recently made the event on their Facebook page, along with the SF site--
NYE Fireworks 9pm
Grab Your Last Coaster of 2016!
Join us for Holiday in the Park from 1-9 p.m. on New Year's Eve! Take a ride on Nitro, BATMAN: The Ride or SUPERMAN - Ultimate Flight to ramp up your excitement for the new year.
Grab your last glimpse of holiday lights for the year with over a million twinkling bulbs throughout the park. Plus, those favorite holiday treats haven't disappeared just yet. Warm up to the idea of your New Year's resolutions by the fire pits while toasting some s'mores.
The night will end with a magical fireworks display in A Main Street Christmas at 9 p.m., a sight that is not to be missed!
After heading out to ring in the New Year, you can join us for your first ride of 2017 on New Year's Day from 1-9 p.m.
The best way to visit during Holiday in the Park and all of 2017 is with a season pass.

This is a major fail for the park pr wise. They have a set limit for the amount of couples for the record. Lots of unhappy people on line now. I don't complain about the park much but this is just silly. They should have announced the amount of couples in advance that they needed if there was a limit. Now they have people waiting in a line that are going to be unhappy. Silly when this could have been easily avoided.
I believe it had to do with the amount of 'witnesses' they had.
Matt stated elsewhere Guinness requires 1 witness per X participants. We probably only had X number of witnesses which only allowed the X amount of couples.

^ Hey, I have a similar photo in my collection! I think I have seen those guys somewhere before! Matt, when it comes to advertising you are getting to be the jdc12192 of the Holiday in the Park season!
The torch has been passed on and I support the new HITP face!!!

Is anyone will take alot of pictures for updates on Justice League dark ride site while visiting the park this weekend?
If there are updates, people will post them. Things aren't at any exciting point yet.....

Thank you all!!!!
Scott i guess this would be a bad time to say how I feel old ?

Joker looks awesome with the lighting it received for HITP. Wish it would stay year round! Although it's for a holiday event it makes it look ominous !

Love that picture of the Polar Point trees with the puddle!!!!!
Can't believe it's already starting again.

Someone on the Facebook group said the waffles are included in the dining plan, that's a lie right?
I wouldn't expect them to be included. Theyre not a park option and brought in from the outside.
-
Anyone see a HITP commercial yet? I got a snapchat of someone watching but was wondering if they ended up using clips of the joker since we did film a holiday segment?
-
I always wish we had received an Arrow suspended coaster.
I second this. Always thought Big Bad Wolf looked like a fun coaster and I always thought the concept of swinging seemed like an added thrill.

Just 2, starting a few years ago.
GADV is always one, and I seem to always end up either going to American or New England but haven't made it to both within the same year yet. Maybe this year with America having HITP I will make it there.

People would be surprised what some people try to bring in.....Really? Would you suggest they not have them? I think they serve their purpose. Getting something in isn't fool-proof, but they catch a lot of stuff.
-
They were probably moved out of where they were for storage purposes or moved temporarily there.

I would love to travel more and do more 'adventurous' things.
I guess I'm starting off right by going away next week and planning to skydive once warmer weather comes around.
