Very nice job! I really hope it re-opens next season. I have yet to do this. Every time I went to the park it was either closed for the day or it broke down while I was in the line.

Most over-rated ride of all time. I will ride it once w/o a wait. I refused to go back on it while it was a walk on once. It's the ride that makes you wish you have not waited for.

If they really do end up painting the whole thing blue and name it something really lame like "Goliath" idk what I will do....

I feel bad making a new topic on this but I couldn't really find where this can fit anywhere else. I just noticed on the park's web site they will open the 2009 season on April 4th (151 days from today)! But the calendar is obviously not up yet.

Nice TR! Wow you got a lot of rides in. I would have expected it to be packed like it usually is toward the end of the season,

That's terrible. I hope someone can buy it and hopefully make it successful. It would be a shame to see it go down the drain along with all of the new rides they just built.

From Screamscape: 2009 - Hurricane Harbor Expansion - Rumor - (10/20/08) The latest rumors about the new slide coming to Hurricane Harbor indicate that the park was looking over various plans for a Mat Racer slide since they really do need something with high capacity. Anyone know more? -
100% agreed. Not many people travel from outside the eastern zone to go to GADV. And since there are six flags parks through the U.S people will usually go to the closest to their home.
