For last time, Great Adventure is NOT getting another wooden coaster. A customized Raptor would be perfect because if Tallest, Fast, Steel rumor is very true.
RMC Ground-Up coaster is NOT Tallest, Steel, Fast. Medium-sized Raptor could be Tallest, Fast, Steel coaster for Great Adventure. So RMC Ground Up coaster could be for SF St. Louis or Six Flags Darien Lake instead. As for RMC Raptor if we getting for Great Adventure. It will probably themed to Shazam!.
Those are some bold statements. Unfortunately, you have zero evidence to back up your claims. Having an opinion is one thing, but repeatedly saying it and passing it along as a fact is another.

That would be too similar to Copperhead Strike at Carowinds, it would confuse the GP (and maybe enthusiasts as well)
I really am starting to wonder what percent of Great Adventure visitors have heard of Carowinds, non the less Copperhead Strike.

^ Superman also getting repainting too! I hope Batman, Kingda Ka, Bizzaro and Nitro will getting repainting too this year (blue track with dark supports).
The park is getting more park improving this year.
This may be very soon to tease a hint for a new coaster is coming in next year. (Hope it's RMC type like a customized Raptor).
How exactly does this tease a new coaster?

The Safari Tours childrens attraction, Rockwall and Splashwater Oasis are all not present on the 2019 Map. Splashwater Oasis was imminent to get removed, but I’m a little surprised with the other two.

“Chickies” seems to be replacing “Super Hero Fish and Chips” located next to Green Lantern and Superman: Ultimate Flight.

Six Flags Great Adventure just posted a video on their YouTube channel saying “Calypso Springs” is coming in 2019 at Hurricane Harbor. It is set to be a 100,000 gallon activity pool.

Just curious, Did you guys have the Coca Cola Bear this year or last?
The Coca Cola Bear was in the park earlier this month for Guest Greetings. It was in the park last year as well around the same time.

Unfortunately, the ride is very unpredictable in the fact that you might not get wet at all. A “giant” whirlpool, geysers and sprays would be very welcome. The ride course right now is pointless most of the time. Theming or “Interactive” elements would help make the ride enjoyable.

The rumored “Chop Six” for next year will definitely give the dining pass a huge boost (if it was on the dining pass of course). Putting Mama Floras on the dining plan as Primos Pasta was also a huge step. Slowly but surely, I think the park is starting to have more options, on the dining plan at least.

The flames have been removed from the top of El Diablo. Could this just be routine refurbishment or does it mean more? I don’t think the flames have been removed since installed onto the ride.
Edit: There’s also a rumor that this could be moving to La Ronde for the 2019 season, but I would take it with a grain of salt.

Could Reflections of the Dead be turning into this new Holiday in the Park attraction?

well. six flags almost got a fortnite ride by license the rights
This never happened. Six Flags never “licensed” those rights. That was just some crap someone came up with on reddit.

Anyone else think Deadman's Party is not as good this year?
I didn’t think it was as good as last year as well for some reason. It might be the new cast.

I’m still not over how they used Planet Coaster for the announcement. What’s next, Roller Coaster Tycoon 3?

Sesame Place isn’t supposed to be getting these big additions every year. They are the perfect park for the youngest of children, to families and to even thrill seekers (to some extent). Hopefully they expand their water ride selection though. They have a great group of slides.

Screamscape is reporting that King Cobra is starting to get removed. Can anyone visiting the park this weekend try and look at Hurricane Harbor on their way in to confirm if that's what it looks like?
I wasn’t at the park personally but I know people who did see King Cobra disassembled on Wednesday.

It’s odd that Reflections of the Dead and Wicked Woods won’t be open until September 28th. I’m very excited for the new mazes. This could be one of the best Fright Fests to date, ignoring the crowds.

Tigris will be coming to Busch Gardens Tampa for the 2019 season. This will be a Premier Rides Skyrocket II. A 2020 Gwazi makeover (RMC? GCI?) was also teased.
“Busch Gardens will open Florida’s tallest launch coaster in spring 2019, company officials announced Wednesday. The triple-launch, tiger-themed roller coaster called Tigris will hurl riders 150 feet into the sky, turn them upside down and swirl through curves at 60 miles per hour. It will also move backward.
Is losing your lunch the park’s new business model?
"We like to have a portfolio for every member of the family," said Busch Gardens president Stewart Clark. "But with Tigris, it will only be the bravest members."
Clark also revealed that a "big attraction" is coming in 2020 in the space currently occupied by the closed wooden roller coaster Gwazi, a pretty large footprint to fill.
The announcements coincide with parent company SeaWorld Entertainment’s promise from interim CEO John T. Reilly to make the parks more oriented toward thrill rides, in addition to featuring animals. This, leaders say, will help the parks better compete with rivals Disney and Universal, which have beloved movies to call on for attraction appeal.” -Tampa Bay Times

Rollies Coaster and Doo Wopper both provide similar thrills for families. I’m surprised because it’s a very compact space that not many rides like Flitzer can fit in. I believe the Flitzer at Jenkinsons in Point Pleasant will be the only one left in America.

Found this at Screamscape this morning:
Park News - (9/10/18) I'm not sure how true this is, but an odd rumor came in over the weekend claiming that El Diablo could leave at the end of the 2018 season. Anyone else heard this, or is it complete nonsense? Personally I’m not buying it just yet...
Could Super Loop could move to near by Justice League and Cyborg and themed to DC anyways in 2019?
Unfortunately I think the claim is true. I’ve heard from multiple people in management that this will be moving to La Ronde as their new for 2019 attraction- “Chaos”.

Looks like another Hurricane storm called Florence is aheading for East Coast, is the storm is coming to Jersey Shore or Carolinas...or it's probably aheading out of sea?
Even if it made landfall it would most likely be going either very North in Canadian territory or near the Carolinas. It’s a few days too early to tell.
Edit: It looks like it’s now a tropical storm and may not even make landfall. Most likely high rip currents in the Jersey area if anything.

Is there any sign ours is going? I wasn't able to make it to Hurricane Harbor this year... Was it open?
It’s been closed all season and a good chunk of last season too. Signage has been removed as well as all the tubes.

Well time to update on future predictions:
2019: Wonder Woman Lasso of Truth (Giant Discovery)
2020: RMC Raptor or T-Rex2021: Water Park expansion
2022: Kiddie Area Revamp (DC Super Friends area)
2023: Flat Ride Package2024: Family Rides
2025: New Coaster
So Wonder Woman Lasso of Truth (Giant Discovery) was been leaked and confirmed for SFGadv in 2019! Dang it, I was hoping for a new coaster but Giant Discovery is okay! I'm fine with that. RMC Raptor or T-Rex would have to wait until 2020!
Take it with a grain of salt. I think it’s official but some people are dedicated to spreading fake news, especially the coaster community.
How many rollercoasters have you been on?

Thread revival time! I’m at 111 coaster credits. Planning to get at least 15-20 more during my Mini West Coast Trip.
