I was down at the park during Fright Fest and heard talk from some of the security guards that Six Flags is looking to sell off Kingda Ka.

Their reasoning was that park management felt the ride wasn't working out in terms of riders per hour like they had hoped.

I am not sure if this is true or not. I'd like to believe that they wouldn't get rid of a world record holding coaster after only a few years.

Has anyone heard anything about this?

Is The Dark Knight ride taking over that area as well as where Chiller was?

I thought they were going to make that new ride cover the area of Chiller and the old Freefall site.

I guess that little old lady who was sweeping up during Fright Fest was wrong.

I went to the theme park about six or seven times this year. I went through the safari two or three times.

I love the safari but didn't want to miss out on a ride on El Toro to see the giraffes with my friends and their kids again.

I stayed in the park and they met up with me later on.
