It's supposed to be rainy unfortuanatly,so looks like I won't be getting my first night ride on Ka in this season but hey 2 hours of Toro is good too!What happened to Nitro as a back up? I wouldn't be suprised if they changed there mind since they want a ride open for those 48 inchers.

Six Flags New England has there scheduale up already,hours and everything.I think this is a first,but the park is opening at 10 A.M on Saturdays and Sundays I think it was.

I never thought I would hear anyone say that they loved working the Cables or Parachutes lol.I mean Cables isn't that bad now that I think of it and the crew I was friends with made it good,but catching the cars for a shift during the summer was rough.

But in the end I ended up working

Kingda Ka.Ka was my favorite even though I only worked there for one shift.(Worked it the day after it opened again)

March 27th is a Saturday.I also believe that the first week if the parks Spring Break

I could not imagine working Cables with all those cars on it back when it was in the worlds fair,and I'm pretty pro at spacing cars =D

And wow,former employees had it easy,if we did what you guys did back then we would be in SOOOO much trouble now lol

I'm coming to Rides Dept. next year! A whole season in Foods was brutal but I'm finally turning 16and I hope to be in 240 or 230.

For a supposed enthusiast type of guy,I don't know what he expects,he wouldn't get to go to the front of the line at any park...

^I hope so,I can't wait for the training,that's when I met the most people and are still friends with now,like Chiller (Dan).I had Discovery March 27th last year,hopefully I get it earlier this year.

Job fair in January?Damn it's so close but so far away =(.The rehire stuff is hopefully easy,but I have to do a lead interview this year,which I will be SO nervous in even though Steve and the full times are awesome.

i noticed that all of the looping starships q and op booth and base and all electrical motors are still in place do you think we could see it return after a major over haul?

 

Probably won't come back,they are probably just being cheap and lazy and only removing the ride part.

How long were the lines? I was expecting possible full queues based on how crowded everyone said it was going to be.

Almost all were overflowing and them some.

Major power outage tonite at park, whole park went black around 845

Lucky,I've been through one during the summer when it was real hot and went out in the middle of the day.I was at Western Cables when it happened.

But I was Day Shift today and had a pretty eventful day lol,can't imagine no power to the park at night though...

Wow. The most important update to me has to be Blackbeard's Queue. Really puts a new look on that area. Nov. 1 will be the saddest day of my life....

Yeah true,but think only what 4 months of off season this winter!And it will be even better once you start because you will be in Rides Jon! Maybe I'll be your lead sometimes (If I get it) depending on what section your in and ride I'm assigned!
