Mike13
So now some company they owe money too can come in and along with Shapiro control the company?
GAcoaster
That probably wouldn't happen, but it's always possible.
Thunderbolt
The share price spike most likely is a result of investors covering short positions. With a looming bankruptcy for SIX, I wonder how many investment funds will accept this deal. A "Chapter 11" filing might render these terms moot, and cost investors more. GAcoaster
And the stock continues to climb! Up again today...
Yoshi
I can't believe it was $0.59 at one point! Still to see it at $0.47 is good. Even though I could double my money, I think I am going to hold onto it and hope it gets back to over $1 a share.
Mike13
If it does get to back over 1$ then does Six Flags stock go back onto NYSE or does it stay at the one it's at now?
GAcoaster
It stays on the exchange that it's on. They can re-apply to the NYSE if they maintain their standing.
rj1972
The share price is at $55.58 today. It missed quarterly earnings estimates last week, but that was blamed on the weather. I've been pondering this stock, but very few analysts give it a "buy" rating.
