Great Adventurer
I'm going to say either the font, or the fact they were used in or around the Jackson area. On a side note... I recently got my first question right! It'll take another 62 pages for my second. Edited February 7, 2009 by Great Adventurer

warnerleroy
No, I don't think it was sold at Winter Lights, it says 1994 at the bottom, does it have anything to to with the old Christmas Card mailer things.

Daved Thomson
BONUS ANSWER: The Santa stamp as well as the GA balloon logo were done by Harry & Marion Zelenko. They also did the following US stamp. Any idea whether these two people were related to Warner LeRoy, friends, or simply with the firm hired to do the logo for the park? 29yrswithaGApass
^ We haven't been able to find anything relating Warner to the logo designers other than a business transaction.

Railer
I know this is off topic, but for some reason I thought there was a Koala Kanyon Spotlight. Am I crazy or just can't find it? I tried to do a little research for this question.

29yrswithaGApass
G Congratulations Eric on what is probably the shortest correct answer yet! ANSWER: The trains used in the Garden of Marvels were produced by LGB (Lehmann-Gross-Bahnen) of Germany and were the first public "G" scale model railroad display in the United States. "G" scale trains are approximately 1/22.5 scale which complemented the 1/25th European scale buildings nicely. When I was a kid, I think the Garden of Marvels must of had an influence on me. My "other" hobby outside of GAH is G-scale trains.
