Daved Thomson
^ Ewwww, so close! (It does look like Shamu Stadium Dan!) Is it the Scrambler ride when it had NASA theme and was located near the Americana Music Hall?
29yrswithaGApass
^ That's a good guess too. Here's a hint: That opening housed a prominent feature of this structure.
darkridedan
Is that big enough for the GA that is featured on the Admission Booths?
Daved Thomson
^ That's a good guess too. Here's a hint: That opening housed a prominent feature of this structure. Okay... Is it the center pinning on the big wheel? It originally had the GA logotype on hit, then the SFGA Rainbow logo, then the Six Flags Theme Parks logo, and most recently the Six Flags 45th Anniversary logo on it. 29yrswithaGApass
Was it the Autobahn Clock? Nice job! ANSWER: It is the opening for the clock on the Autobahn clock tower while under construction in 1994!

29yrswithaGApass
QUESTION #115: The waterwheel on the Log Flume today is different than the original one from 1974. When was the wheel replaced?
Railer
Good question!!! This is a quess, but I will say 1991.

CycloneMan
1984?
CablesEric
Man, I should know this. I can tell you the 3 different houses of the Log Flume, all the different attendant locations, start-up, shut-down and evacuation procedures, and the location of the all the fire extinguishers but for the life of me I can't remember what year that water wheel was replaced. So I'll guess 1994.
warnerleroy
I'll say 1985 when they added the sprinkler system.
av8r296
Eric, I'm right there with you. That might be the only thing I don't know about that ride. I'll take a guess though and say 1986.
