This is what I'm looking forward to most in 2015!

Looping Dragon still gives me shivers. Thank goodness we discarded that awful name

If you're not going to count Green Lantern as a new coaster then you have to remember the Dark Knight Coaster was a brand new roller coaster in 2008. that you can not argue with lol. And people thought TDK was the absolute worst, but yet it provided a themed family friendly experience that hardly ever breaks down, is very dependable, going on its 8th season at the park and will probably not be going anywhere anytime soon.

If X2 came to our park I would shut up about a new roller coaster for a whole decade lol. And now that the Carnivale subject has been brought up I would love to see a tilt-a-whirl and some other flats in that area just so it could all be lit up w different colors and lights.

I went today and it really compliments the landscape view from the parking lot

That's what I've been saying. Kinda similar to the Devils Flight from Final Destination 3

I'd still like the idea of the Jersey Devil as a wooden coaster through the wooded areas next to Nitro. Oh geez can you imagine two rides themed after the Devil? I can hear the religious rants already "We're not going to Great Adventure bc it's the Devils Playground!" Oo! That sounds like a nice new children's play area.. The Devils Playground. See how the ideas keep flowing

Yay for flames! Fingers still crossed for that fire breathing Devil statue. So we still have a month and a half until Memorial Day. Should be plenty of time to "hopefully" work on the que line and add some shrubbery, some sort of carnivale decor, something visually pleasing while waiting for El Diablo so I'm not just standing there watching every ride circuit go by. Makes me impatient already. We shall see

Wait... there's shows??

Usually takes carnivals about a day to install a ring of fire. Now we wait for the giant fire-breathing devil they're going to install on the top of the ride.

They could but it's better marketing to open a new ride for Memorial Day. They want you to go when they open in April, then again in May for El Diablo, then again this July for Batman Backwards, again for Fright Fest and the new haunts, and then one last time for Holiday in the Park. I have to admit it's the smartest marketing they've done.

Are they opening the path finally? What's the deal w the fenced walkway?

I saw it on the CW while I was watching the Flash (which was one of the most amazing episodes yet may I add!!!)

Saw a commercial for Great Adventure today and they showed Kingda ka and Zumanjaro operating at the same time. Thought that was interesting.

I don't think they would build a whole new structure for a JL dark ride. When it comes down to it id rather see them use the simulator or chiller station for an all season running attraction (which could also run during the winter adventure) as opposed to an uncharged fright fest maze. There's plenty of other areas they could use for the asylum. The batman stunt show area would be perfect for that. They could even do an escape for arkham asylum theme

2016 needs to be the resurrection of Movietown. I can't imagine any other area that needs more attention. The only other thing that I can see happening is a JL dark ride in the simulators old spot. If we get that exact ride then it could go either way with Movietown or the Boardwalk... But knowing SF they would add it in the Golden Kingdom -.- lol but I can see a larson tilt-a-whirl and flying scooters occupying areas next to the showcase theater, and hopefully several other flats along with a bigger, more thrilling flat, kinda like a giant discovery. 2016 just doesn't seem like a new coaster year. If it was I wouldn't want it in Movietown. The area is nothing but coasters anyway

I really miss the Looping Starship. I would say the Hydro Flume was my worst favorite ride. I always remember it being closed, but when it was open the line was always packed, and for some reason it didn't move as fast as the Log Flume. Plus the ride itself wasn't much besides a lift, a few turns, followed by one drop. Worst coaster.. Viper hands down. I liked the roughness from GASN and Rolling Thunder because they were bearable. I went on Viper once in my life and remember getting a mixture of a brain freeze and a headache. Not a fun experience at all lol

I would really like a giant frisbee to be located in free falls old spot. If we're going to be adding flats the next few years then that would be one I would really like to see added. Plus draw more people to that area of the park.
