Used the fast pass for rock and rollercoaster last night didn't understand when it automatically chose two other rides for me. Very confusing.

RIP Ollie. Just woke up. Leaving for Newark Liberty International at 9. Spending the week in Disney World for my fathers bday. Just him and I. Been almost a decade since we went together so it really will be a great trip. I'll make sure to take as many pics as I can!

I got it^ lol A revamped Movietown is definitely needed. The area screams for some TLC. I agree with keeping the name of Nitro tho. I just thought of a creative way to incorporate it Into Movietown tho.. I say with the revamp they should add a whole bunch of movie posters all throughout the area, and maybe as a coming soon attraction they could make a "Nitro: the movie" mock poster xD either make him a super hero, or advertise a fast and the furious type car movie. They could do the same with Congo. A little bit of theming goes a long way

I took another look at Phil's pics. There looks to be construction and a piece of the gate missing right across from Ka's station. That would be my best bet for where it's going to be built. Also would make it part of the Golden Kingdom. There's actually a good amount of land there. They could add more rides in that area if they wanted. Unfortunately however, if that is the future site of LD it doesn't really help with all the emptiness between Toro and ZuJ'e que line

So where exactly is LD going to be built?

Which is why they're adding LP to the area so it's not just a giant empty space of an area. My wish would be with since they're focusing on that area anyway they might as well try to add some themed elements or shrubbery so it doesn't look like, as pashacar quoted "someone's backyard patio"

A year with some new shows in the showcase theater and stunt arena plus a few new flats to fill in the area, and tearing down the dead end, would be the best thing SF has done for the park. It would take care of 3 of advent calendar wishes, and would be a huge stress off all of our backs lol

I just wish they stopped focusing on the same side of the park. Looping Dragon, ZuJ, Safari.. Movietown and Old Country should have been their main priority years ago. All these new additions aren't gonna reduce the lines, it's just gonna keep attracting people to that side of the park while Movietown stays a barren wasteland.

The closest one I can think of is at the great wolf lodge in the poconos. So much fun!

Don't understand why LD wasn't planned on being built in Movietown. Would've been perfect right in Freefall's old spot. I love the idea of adding a small flat inside the observatory. They could add lights, music, other effects and make it a very fun ride. Kind like the centrifuge that used to be in seaside. I'm all for retheming the DC themed rides that are not located in Movietown. GL could be turned into.. The Great American Green Machine

Saw SFMM post on Instagram that Scream is rumored to be getting repainted orange and green for the new "Screampunk District" in 2015. The name will remain the same, although I think "The Great Pumpkin Rollercoaster" sounds pretty enticing

Air Jumbo, anything from Safari Kids or Bugs Bunny National Park, Soarin Eagle, Slingshot and the splash water oasis.

Why wouldn't anyone miss them? Universal n Disney are all aboard the Marvel train, so having DC Superheros is really a big trademark for the SF corporation. And kids know who Batman and Superman are and they wanna take pictures with them. I think they won't be gone for long. Especially with the new Batman vs Superman movie coming out in 2016 you know that SF is gonna want to take advantage of all that marketing.

It would be cool to get some pics of total darkness with the lights on. I'm curious since you said it's in the preshow area to how exactly that works.

^ I agree with the knex comment lol I actually would've like it to be named lightning loop, and since it's going to be placed near the rolling thunder memorial that whole area could've paid homage to past rides. What's that? A whole new area called "Great Adventure History"? wishful thinking
