I think Harry has some inside info that Rolling Thunder is finally getting redone,lol, now i dont know this to be true, im just guessing, but sometimes my guesses are correct...

I do think its a good thing for the occasional use or limited visits, however the price is a little ridiculous, other parks that are not six flags has made it some what affordable, and Disney seems to have perfected the way it works, but i think it needs a make over, i get the pricing, its alot like going to the new medowlands stadium if you pay the money your taken care of, but i think they can look at other parks and revise and tweek the system a bit to make it something more appealing to everyone. the platinum flash pass price of over 100$ is just plain stupid.

GASM had been on the block to go for a few seasons, it was time, it did not pull any numbers, it was nice working it because you got off at a reasonable time at night since it never had a line, it was extremely reliable but it beat you up pretty darn bad and was dated.we got a decent replacement, so i cant complain to bad, i do miss it but i think i only miss it because it was around for so long, it changed the skyline of the park dramatically, but in the end change is good, im quite sure the park had a boost in revenue from GL and it still draws a good line , although GL could have went on chillers site to revive that entire half of the park, its still lacks in major attractions even with Adventure Alley

Harrys pics are my backyard! we were lucky to live about 30 ft above sea level here otherwise we would have had a mess, the water rose up about 12-14' in the chessequake creek, its still sureal what happened about 200 yards from my doorstep....

just emerged from the dark ages after a very long seven days here in morgan (sayreville), im not 100% sure where in sayreville harry lives or if he has power. Both of the sub stations that feed sayreville and south amboy were submerged, parts of dayreville were washed away along with south amboy. its very diffrent to have a severe disater right in your back yard. my girlfriend has a house in the highlands, aka sandy hook, luckily it was built in 89 and the first floor is the garage, we spent the day yesterday gutting it, the mayor of highlands lives around the cornner from here and he lost is house and is living in the shelter at the elementary school in town,, with all that said, ive seen 100s of other states come to the rescue, people helping other people, her town is on the disaster area list but rebuilding has begun, the town next door of sea bright no longer exists, its been a long week and even though ive gotten used to not having power, im happy some things are back to normal, as soon as i can upload pic to the computer of some of the marinas ill post them this is the water line in highlands about 100 yards away from the water...

As always today is always a bummer, the long waiting to ride coasters especially since most of oct you cant unless you wait in monstrous lines, but it was a great season and I know that the next season is going to be even better. I made my last trip to the park on Friday night, this is the first closing day ive missed in 4 years since ive been back in nj. Im looking forward till march!

What happened to all of those slides when they were removed?

i made an attempt to go to the park got to the wawa around 6pm, by 7 made it to thje entrance bridge by 720 i made it to hh lot and they were parking cars on the grass, decided not to bother and took off, i had friends in the park it took them 2 hrs to get on 537 from the main lot...

pretty pointless to remove it, now its another empty site in GA...poor decision making...again...
